Cana Alberona is a member of the Fairy Tail guild. Her member stamp is on the lower left portion of her abdomen. She is an attractive woman with a short temper who seems to use a type of card magic. Not much else is known about her magic, but it has been shown that she can use it to track people and for fortune telling. She is always shown drinking some kind of alcohol, usually a giant barrel of ale. It is mentioned that she has a pure heart. She is one of the original members of Fairy Tail and has been part of it since she was a child. She is one of the leading figures of Fairy Tail, commanding the guild in the fight against Phantom Lord. Cana is the daughter of Gildarts Clive.
He is 17 when the story starts. He is friends with Douglas and Joel - the 3 of them were traveling together when they met Miriam.

The infamous Heart Card Guards, these are seen randomly in the series. First appearance is when one guard takes Flora and Dodo Bird to be the Queen's very own furniture makers. Then a numerous appearance's are made, but nothing to important.
A spy sent by the Republic in order to observe the movements of the warmongers in Constantinople. Has a hidden trait of a sadist on which he began to realize the moment he saw the torture tools hidden on the basement of his temporary house. He died due to the war that ensued after the 3rd OVA.
Rai is a very elegant and mysterious Noble. He has no knowledge whatsoever of the 21st century, and will often become lost and confused especially with regards to modern day technology (such as using a cell phone). He is often used as the manhwa's comic relief with his love of ramen and the errors he makes with technology. He has fallen into a deep slumber for 820 years, and had woken up in an abandoned building in South Korea. After seeing what most of the humans on the streets were wearing, Rai took on the uniform of a student from Ye Ran High School, which is under the administration of Frankenstein, and inadvertently followed the students there. Rai is infact the "Noblesse", where the name comes from. The "Noblesse" is a name given to the person who watches over the nobles. The "Noblesse" also symbolizes power, different from the lord, who symbolizes authority.
