Wendy found her as an egg and they have been together ever since. They are very close and Carla sees it as her duty to protect Wendy from danger. Charlés is actually a magical creature, called Exceed, that comes from the world Edolas. The official reason for the Baby-Exceed to be sent to Earthland is to kill the Dragon Slayers. As it turns out, the real reason was to protect them from the destruction of Edolas and the Exceed-kingdom of Extalia. It is also later discovered that she is the Exceed's princess, daughter of Queen Shagotte and as such she possesses the same power as her mother: prevision. Due to that, she always knew of the pretense mission of the Exceed in Earthland and believed it to be her actual mission; to kill Wendy. This causes her a lot of stress and psychological pain during the Edolas arc. Her personality is strict and straight. She disapproves of fooling around. Towards Happy she is very cold at the beginning but starts to soften over time. Especially during the Edolas arc has their relationship improved.
Hair Color: White Eye Color: Blue Occupation: Mage Mirajane is the cover girl or drawing point of Fairy Tail. She is 19 years old, an S-class mage, and the older sister of Elfman. When Mirajane was an S-class mage, she was known as "The Demon." However, due to a past incident involving the death of her younger sister, Lisana, Mirajane somehow lost much of her magical ability and her will to fight. Given the recent event of Elfman regaining his lost abilities and Mirajane's increased confidence, Mirajane may someday regain her abilities and move forward with her life. Mirajane plays a motherly role within the guild, and is often seen running the bar at the guild hall. She has rarely been shown to be in a bad mood, and can tolerate all of the guild's eccentricities. However, there have been a couple events that have disturbed Mirajane, including her discovery of the stealing of an S-Class job by Natsu, Happy and Lucy, and her later disappointment with Laxus following the destruction of the guild building. Mirajane got her name from an online video game Hiro Mashima was playing while he created her.
Oyuki is the queen of Neptune, which in the series is a frozen, snowy planet populated entirely by women, as most of the men have to go off-planet to find work. As a child she used to hang out with Lum, Ran, and Benten when they were all in grade school. She is clearly patterned after the yuki-onna (literally "snow woman") of Japanese folklore. As such, she has the power to control and create ice, snow, and extreme cold. Typically dressed in a long, elegant kimono, Oyuki is soft-spoken, regal in demeanor and very slow to show anger. However, once roused to actually display her abilities she proves to be the most powerful character in the series. Because of the wrath she displays when angered, Oyuki is the only person in the entire galaxy that Ran genuinely fears.
Exclusive to the anime, General Logi is a general of Gran Kingdom who has known Zola for quite some time. He has been defeated by her before which resulted in him gaining a scar around his left eye. Some time later, General Logi encounters Zola again at a prison fortress. General Logi easily defeated her, Jiro, and Marumaro when he gained an artificial shadow named Valkyrie, and his power left the normally hotheaded Shu shaking in fear. General Logi is given some artificial shadow wielders from Nene to form his Independent Flying Squadron. During that time, he has squared off with Shu and Blue Dragon many times with both times resulting in Valkyrie getting injured. After Nene's destruction, General Logi announced his secession from Gran Kingdom by having Schneider take over Castle Des la Teste and by having Andropov attack Gran Kingdom fleets. General Logi then establishes Rosekstan (an offshoot of Gran Kingdom that serves as a Shadow Extremist nation). He fights Zola again which ends with Kluke being kidnapped. In the next encounter, his true shadow is revealed and Zola was rescued by Kluke. It is later revealed that General Logi is one of the descendants of one of the Warriors of Light. When Zola goes rogue, he, Delphinium, and Deathroy help to fight her. Two years later, General Logi is still in power and leading the forces of Rosekstan into establishing a new world order. He has his shadow reawakened by Lota when she arrives in Rosekstan's capital. After a fierce fight, Lota sets General Logi's castle on fire as General Logi is rescued by Matilda. General Logi hid out in the remains of Nene's fortress when he planned to stop the plots of the White Brigade. She is something of an airhead and has limited intelligence, due to having low processing power to be able to have high combat abilities and emotions. She weighs 48 kilograms, stands at 159cm, and her wing type is stated to be "Not Variable" and "Super Acceleration". She is sent by Synapse to dispose of Tomoki after he violates one of their rules. However, when she is ordered to eliminate Nymph, she breaks off her chain and betrays Synapse, engaging in combat with Chaos. Astraea has been described as having greater battle capabilities than Ikaros, and possesses two equipments: the super-oscillating photon blade 'Chrysaor', and a shield said to surpass the defensive power of Ikaros' 'Aegis', 'Aegis L'. However, unlike 'Aegis', 'Aegis L' is unable to cover every angle possible, only being able to block certain directions at a time, and it covers about half the area of 'Aegis' in terms of angles. Astraea's weak point is that she was made entirely for close-combat, and thus is extremely disadvantaged against opponents with long-range weapons or attacks, as she has no ranged attacks whatsoever.

Wendy can eat air, but can't heal as well in polluted areas. Her magic allows her to heal people from the most serious of injuries, even those caused by a dragon, allowing her to use even a kiss to heal other people and can even counteract other magic; however, there seems to be a limit to how much she can use.
Pantherlily is an Exceed that works for the kingdom of Edoras as the Magic Militia's First Division Commander of the Royal Army. He seems to have a grumpy disposition and detests noisy people. He first appears by demanding that Byro and the hyperactive Hughes quiet down. (Although Sugarboy noted that Pantherlily was in a nastier mood than usual). Pantherlily has shown the ability that all Exceed have, Aera. He wields a huge sword and shows massive strengTogether with Akaoni and Majorina, are the three commanders of Bad End Kingdom. His appearance is that of a panther, hence the name "Pantherlily." A defining feature is his unique laugh of "Uruffufu." At the end of the Edolas arc, Pantherlily is sent to Earthland as well as the rest of the Exceed. There he takes on a small 'chibi' form similar to that of Carla and Happy and takes the role of being Gajeel's cat, resulting in all three Fairy Tail dragon slayers having trademark talking cat companions. While he is in his 'chibi' form most of the time, he can still transform into his humanoid form. He refrains from doing this too often however as it drains a lot of magical power from his body.
