Rebecca "Lupin" Rossellini is the major antagonist introduced in Lupin the 3rd. She is a wealthy businesswoman, heiress, model, actress, and athlete from San Marino, Italy who married Lupin legally after meeting him at a party. She secretly leads a double life as a thief, committing daring heists for the sheer adrenaline rush. Guchuko is another mysterious creature that appeared in Sunao's refrigerator, and is somewhat similar to Potemayo in appearance. Guchuko is named by Ky� Takamimori shortly after she ran into Guchuko at school. The name Guchuko is derived from a small chocolate ball called a guchu which Guchuko likes to eat, and -ko (�, -ko?) added at the end, since it is a common ending for female given names in Japan. Guchuko carries an axe with a skull on it, and can fire strong energy beams from two living horns (or possibly worms) on either side of her head. She has a very self-sufficient personality, and has only partially warmed up to Ky�, who often gives Guchuko food when at school or at home; Guchuko sleeps in a tree right outside Ky�'s house. Hasegawa owns Cafe Creole and has a wife named Chiyomi. He is reluctant to kill the Shiki when the extermination begins participating in a Shiki cleansing in the pipelines, many villagers drag the Shiki outside to be killed in the daylight seeing how agonizing it is, he mercifully stabs them so they don't die in agony.

The wife of Yasumori Mikiyasu. She invites Kirishiki Seishirou and Chizuru into her household, which resulted in her being bitten and eventual death. Because Nao loves her family very much (she was raised in a household of alcoholic parents, who left her when she was 6), she returns as a Shiki and kill her son Susumu, her husband Mikiyasu, her mother-in-law Setsuko and her father-in-law Tokujiro. However, none of them returns to life, and Nao then targets the Yasumori main house out of jealousy, killing her sister-in-law Junko. Nao is eventually tied outside unable to escape until the sun rises. When it does, she starts to burn with all the other Shiki. A human shows pity and puts her out of her misery while she's burning.
