He is a prominent fighter in the Heavens Arena and an apparent celebrity. Lives on the 200th floor as a fighter, uses martial arts and is very skillful in hand-to-hand combat. He had accumulated enough wins to become a Floor Master. Two years ago, Kastro was defeated by Hisoka in the Heavens Arena making it his only loss. After this, he trains rigorously to improve his Nen and gains nine wins and then challenges Hisoka for his tenth. He challenges Hisoka to a rematch. Although he was born an Enhancer, Kastro's "Doppelganger" ability completely ignored his strength and used Conjuration and Manipulation abilities. An Enhancer's maximum ability in these fields is 60% at best, so for Kastro is difficult to use and requires a lot of nen and concentration. Despite this Kastro combines his two abilities to cover the defects of his double, making a letal combination, but Hisoka takes advantage of Kastro's weaknesses, distracts him with his abilities and ultimately kills him.

The head of the Nostrade Mafia Family and Kurapika's temporary employer. Light usually has a calm personality but goes on edge when it's about the safety of his daughter Neon. He is very indulging on his daughter's whims.
An alien from the planet Yuri, who is plotting to conquer the Earth by yurifying it. She lives in a treehouse-like structure on top of Mizusu's house.
The first prince of the planet Dogura. He has an exceptionally high IQ and has little interest other than using it to torment those around him for his own amusement. His real name is Baka Ki El Dogra, but everybody refers to him solely as Prince or Prince Baka (a play with words since baka-ouji can mean both "Prince Baka" and "stupid prince"). He also appears for a few minutes in episode 36 of Hunter x Hunter (2011), commenting on an arena match. His voice actor was unlisted, however.
A strange, 14-year-old girl who stumbled into the City Through the Looking Glass. She was raised by a priest with her brothers A and Un who are not human. After entering the city, she moves in with Myoe and causes mayhem around the city for fun, but cannot leave until she finds a black rabbit that she has a connection to. She is very good at sports and gets into fights frequently.
