Hatsumi's older (adopted) brother, who is in love with her romantically . He is incredibly kind and helpful. At the beginning of the series, he is a freshman law student at Hitotsubashi University. He isn't home much due to club activities and various part-time jobs. Shinogu was taken in by the Naritas when he was a small child.But his parents had left big debts behind when they died. Shihoko and Toru Narita are constantly fighting about where they are to get the money to repay their debts from. Thus comes the plot Mr. Tachibana comes up with, that he will pay Toru if he pretends like he is the one having the affair, so if anyone looks into the matter, his name comes up. Thus Miho and Mr. Tachibana have their affair, she dies, and Azusa forms his plan. Hatsumi falls for it, Ryoki saves her, their relationship evolves, putting her family in social jeopardy. The debt they paid off, Shinogu tried to pay them back by moving out and taking multiple part-time jobs instead of following his heart in both the matter of school and Hatsumi.
As the son of the weapons merchant Junk, 15 year old Pop left his home in Rankaksu and decided to become an apprentice of Avan, training to become a magician. He is a specialist on fire spells, mainly those of the Mera (fire spells) type (Mera, Merami and Merazoma) but, as the story progresses, he learns more powerful spells such as Betan (which is a gravity pressure attack) and Medoroa (one of the most powerful spells available.) Pop begins as a coward who runs away from fights, but he later grows as a powerful character throughout the story and gains true courage. Pop falls in love with Maam as the story develops.
Fortunas' former apprentice. He is currently bound to Kouko's spirit circle and therefore he is always with her. East raised Koko after finding her abandoned when she was just a baby. After he fell ill to an unknown disease, Fortuna turned him into an artificial spirit.

The Chief Executive Officer of a (bad) video game company called "Leek Cartridge", Pop transforms into the grey bunny Seratonin using the "digital clock wind" wristband. When she transforms, she says "Come out, Seratonin!" and can call wild birds with a whistle. She is the dark-skinned girl who always wears hats. Pod appears in Pokémon Black and White as one of the Gym Leaders of Sanyou City's gym, alongside Dent and Corn. In BW 005, Ash battled Pod first and ended up winning in this first battle.
PoH is the leader and founder of the red guild "Laughing Coffin," known for his large knife and catch phrase "It's show time." His guild was later destroyed by other players in SAO, but his whereabouts are missing. He is presumed to be alive because he wasn't listed as one of the dead players.
