Noin is a good friend of Zechs from his days at the Lake Victoria military academy. After graduation, she joined the academy's staff, and now trains new Specials recruits in the art of space combat. Though Noin is a formidable mobile suit pilot, she doesn't much care for fighting, and she often uses her influence with OZ's leader [Treize Khushrenada] to try to resolve crisis situations peacefully. She is deeply loyal to Zechs, and protective of him and his younger sister, eventually becoming a Special Guard of the Sanc Kingdom in order to protect Relena. In Frozen Teardrop At an unknown date, Milliardo and Noin marry and have twins, Naina and Milou. While Zechs leaves with Naina to travel Mars under a new alias, Noin stays behind with Milou. Her elder brother, Nix-Deuf Noinheim, is the President of a large Corporation and takes Milliardo's name as his own alias, under which he becomes the first President of Mars. When he is assassinated by an anti-Mars Federation rebel group, Noin and her children attend the funeral- notably not shedding any tears for the dead "Milliardo", with Zechs standing behind them.
Birthday: October 17 Blood type: A Nobue is the eldest main character. She is Chika's older sister and usually has final authority on all matters. She often tries to "borrow" money from Chika to buy cigarettes. Nobue is perpetually searching for a part-time job to earn money for more cigarettes to calm her nicotine addiction. The story suggests that Nobue derives some kind of sensual pleasure from watching the girls do cute things. In this respect, Nobue appears to appreciate the moe aesthetic. It is seen during the anime that Nobue prefers Matsuri and Ana over Chika and Miu. The Nobue character changed from the manga to the anime. In the manga, she is a sixteen-year-old high school freshman, while in the anime she is a twenty-year-old junior-college student. Her age is presumably changed because of her smoking and drinking habit, both becoming legal in Japan at age twenty. Although in the first episode of the anime she introduces herself as a sixteen-year-old, this was intended to be a joke as she quickly stated that she was twenty. She tends to act somewhat less mature in her manga incarnation, doing things such as tricking Matsuri into thinking that Miu is dead. Her appearance changes radically in the early stages of the manga, especially her hair, which goes from blond to dark brown (and is black in the anime).
Known as Tekkaman Dead, he uses the name Dead End in his non-Tekkaman identity. A survivor of Black September, he blames The Red Devil for the massacre and breaks into a military facility holding a captured Radam Tekkaplant, using it to upgrade him from a Primary Body to a fully-fledged Tekkaman. The use of the captured Radam technology as opposed to an adapted Earth Tekkaplant results in an exponentially higher level of power bestowed upon Dead during his first transformation, and he uses this power to cause widespread destruction in an attempt to attract the attention of The Space Knights. Dead is capable of using the Crash Intrude technique, just as Tekkaman Blade does, in which his armor generates a bird-shaped aura of energy, which allows him to "crash" through enemies with tremendous force. He also has the ability to absorb, through his shoulder armor, any Voltekka directed at him and send the energy back through his own Voltekka. Alternatively motivated by rage and despair, Dead End believes that no one understands him and wants to die, but not before killing the woman he blames for the loss of his family and friends. During an attempt to stop Dead's mayhem, Tekkaman Blade is fatally wounded. Dead End dresses femininely and develops a friendship out of mutual loss with David after meeting him in a graveyard; they meet for the second time in their Tekkaman identities, and the third time in a bar, wherein Dead recognizes David as Tekkaman Sommer; David does not recognize Dead as a Tekkaman until a bit later, when David finds Dead's Tek crystal. One of the Exorcists from Tiedoll's group. Noise Marie seems to be a tough, silent man. His innocence, "Noel Organon" (�人ノ詩篇, "Noel Organon"?), gives him an incredibly strong hearing, allowing Marie to hear very low or very distant sounds. It can also be used in an offensive form in the technique called "Verse of the Saint" (嘆��旋律, "Verse of the Saint"?) which forms strings used to capture a victim and conduct a music that can paralyze easily even the stronger Akuma like a very strong poison. He seems to harbor feelings for fellow Exorcist, Miranda Lotto, because he shows extra care towards her and "short circuits" when she bit him under the affect of the Komuvitamin D. He has not been seen since the Black Order was cured of the Komuvitamin D virus.
A mysterious being from the moon, Wreathlit, generally known as Wreath, appears to be a young child but is actually much older. She is constantly watching Feena, especially in Feena's story path where she is in love with Tatsuya; a voice tells her that the moon and earth must not be united.

Dean was born on January 24, 1979 to John and Mary Winchester in Lawrence, Kansas. He is the couples first child, four years older than his younger brother Sam. He is named after his maternal grandmother, Deanna Campbell. When he was only four years old on November 2, 1983, his mother Mary was killed in Sam's nursery by the demon Azazel. Infant Sam is saved from the ensuing fire when his father takes him out of his crib and gives him to four year old Dean, who then carries him outside while their father unsuccessfully tries to rescue their mother. After that night Dean felt responsible for Sam, and was always given the job to take care of him while they were growing up. Dean's father John raised him and Sam as Hunters of the supernatural. During Dean's childhood John would be away "hunting" a week or two at a time, so Dean had to partly raise Sam. Dean appears to be a fan of Jack Nicholson, and possibly watches Oprah. He tends to make light of some of his and Sam's adventures, and is known to use crude humor and make sexual innuendos. Despite being in excellent physical shape, Dean is known to have very bad eating habits. He is often shown enjoying greasy, fattening, or otherwise unhealthy food, especially cheeseburgers; this is in stark contrast to Sam, who often favors a healthier diet and usually expresses either amazement or disgust at the food Dean eats.
