Foxy the Silver Fox is the captain of the Foxy Pirates. Foxy is a stout man with skinny arms and legs. He has almost a cleft lip-like mouth and an unique hairstyle. His nose is also colored red, it is long just like the nose of Kaku and Usopp. With these characteristics, they make him look like a fox. Foxy typically wears yellow orange suspenders and a coat. His coat is colored purple in the anime, while it is colored silver in the manga and other manga related media. Foxy is a cheater and trickster, who participates in the Davy Back Fight, a contest between pirate crews where the winning team can steal crew members from the losing team. Most members of Foxy's crew joined him because he won them in this contest. However, they seem to be genuinely enthusiastic about being in the Foxy pirates, and wholeheartedly cheer on their crewmates and captain in the Davy Back Fight. Though he acts supremely confident most of the time and seems quite fond of himself, Foxy is extremely sensitive to insults or criticism. Any offensive words from others cause him to instantly become depressed, and he usually ends up losing his footing and falling to the ground, barely supporting himself with his arms, while a black cloud suddenly appears over his head. Luckily for Foxy, all it takes is a few kind words from anybody to perk him up again. In the anime, Nami and Usopp used this weakness to their advantage by alternately hurling insults and compliments at Foxy non-stop, leaving him emotionally (as well as physically) paralyzed and unable to help his team during the roller race. Foxy is a cunning character who uses his Devil Fruit powers as well as various other tricks to aid in him cheating. He also seems to have an extraordinary sense of time, even when he had slowed down multiple cannonballs he still knew exactly when each and everyone of them was going to regain fullspeed. Fou is the guardian deity of the Black Order's Asia Branch, sealed by Bak's great-grandfather. Although she is not human, she often takes on a humanoid form to talk with others. Fou found Allen's body after Tyki Mikk's attack and took him to the Asia Branch headquarters. She has a "tough-love" attitude, particularly towards Allen. While she was training Allen in an attempt to bring back his Innocence, she would attack without mercy with the hope that he would activate his left arm. When Allen was feeling down, she would appear in front of him as someone else (eg:Lou Fa (this way she could show her soft side without Allen knowing). She shares a strong bond with Bak even though she loves to tease him. She can manipulate her form in order to change her hands into axe-like weapons or to copy someone's appearance. She is also capable of communicating telepathically with others. The Headquarters of the Asia Branch is protected by a very strong barrier created by Fou (who is the "entrance" of the barrier). Under her tough shell Fou is a very caring individual and is quite willing to give up her life for the sake of those she loves. She took Allen's form to face the level 3 Akuma, in order to buy the real Allen time to escape. Just before they began to fight, she said to herself "Bye bye, Bak." A young girl whom Shannon finds outside a town. She claims to have no parents, and said she was waiting for somebody, though she did not know who it was. She follows Shannon home. After a few strange occurrences involving her, Zefiris informs Pacifica that Suin is a Peacemaker in a compressed state (the human girl form) and, on top of that, an artillery type that can cancel out the Dragoons' presence. As if to prove this, as soon as Zefiris says that, Pacifica sees Zefiris disappearing, just as Suin walks into the room. Suin was compressed because artillery types were powerful and dangerous, so to keep them in a more stable condition, Cz was compressed as Suin. Galil, it turns out, was supposed to pick Suin up at the bridge and release her true form, but was eliminated by Zefiris before he could. Steyr went in his place to seek Suin out, finding her with Pacifica and finally "unzipping" her compressed form, causing her to revert back to Cz, the Peacemaker. There was in fact, some foreshadowing about Swin's true identity. In episode 8, when Shannon said that she might be killed if she stayed with them, she replied "I don't die." (which is in in fact true as Peacemakers are immortal). Also, she mentioned that she had no parents when Raquel inquired about it, not that they did or she got lost, but that she simply didn't have parents. A shinigami in training, Risky takes to her job quite gleefully. She is robed in a skull studded black outfit with a jewel in the center, long black stockings, and a large hat that looks like a cross between a ten gallon hat and a stereotypical witch's hat. She has black hair and dark blue-grey eyes. She wields a scythe that, among other things, can take the souls of the living who are filled with sadness, present illusions dealing with the cause of the current target's sadness, and act as a microphone. Tiki who appears to be an energetic young girl is known as the Hell's Faerie from the Kerberos base on Mars where on the thirteenth operation she decimated an entire platoon by herself. She is also known as Tinkerbell and is the twin sister of Mario. Unlike her charming and mature brother, Tiki is hyperactive, childlike and rather obnoxious, often insulting Mika for the fun of it. She is a capable Shaft driver but loses focus too easily if nothing interesting is happening around her. However, she becomes more focused toward the end of the series, when her brother dies saving the Bilkis. Tiki is the youngest of the Shaft Driver candidates. She is also Mario's little sister, a rarity in the 23rd Century. The only way you're supposed to get siblings is if there is a bug in the system. Having siblings supposedly causes you to lose focus on a mission. She's smart, hyper-active, and speaks her mind. Speaking without thinking it over first often gets her into trouble. She likes milk shakes and sweets. Mario is not only her brother, but her best friend. At first, she doesn't like Mika, but soon learns to respect her. After Mario dies, she blames Mika for his death. When she comes to terms with it, Tiki knows it wasn't Mika's fault. She seems to be on good terms with Mir by the end of the series. (Source: Wikipedia)
