Servant of Shirou as part of the Red Faction in the Turifas Holy Grail War of Fate/Apocrypha. Assassin's identity is Semiramis, Wise Queen of Assyria (アッシリア�賢女王), a legendary queen who reigned over the empire of Assyria. Since her childhood, she has studied a wide range of disciplines such as cosmetics, hairdressing, dancing, clothing, music, astronomy, and her beautiful face has captivated many men. A very enthusiastic person, she indulges in luxury and decadence. Her passion has led her to start a war to possess a single man, and to poison her husband, the king, for politics. The Master of Red Assassin, Shirou was dispatched by the Church as one of the Masters of the Red Faction. He wants to make use of the Holy Grail War to fulfill his own wish. It is unknown if he has any connection to Shirou Emiya of the Fate/stay night timeline. Shirou's true name is Amakusa Shirou Tokisada, the teenage leader of the Shimabara Rebellion. Born in the Edo period, he was a boy of miracles who could nearly be called a saint. However, how exactly he was discovered; a good half of his lifetime is wrapped in mystery. He, who concentrated on his studies since childhood, began to perform many miracles at the frontier for a time. Also known as 'Komachi-sensei' and 'Magical Teacher Komachi'. She is a strange teacher with a hidden agenda, a long name, and large breasts. She only appears in episode 5.
Noritaka's assistant, who admires his work and looks forward to succeeding him. She soon realizes that she cannot succeed Noritaka after her own flower withers. Instead, she places her faith in a young Kiritsugu. She drinks Noritaka's potion to prove its validity, but it fails and turns her into a bloodthirsty Dead Apostle. Kiritsugu refuses to kill her after she turns and she inevitably infects her entire hometown. This event is what initially causes Kiritsugu to believe that it is right to sacrifice the few for the survival of the majority.
Kariya's older brother, the father of Shinji Matou. With Zoken, he oversees Sakura's magical training to become the family's heir.

Father of Manaka and Ayaka. Had high expectations of Manaka due to her genius-level of skill at magecraft. He wanted to use the Grail as a bridge to the Root, something his family had failed to attain for a thousand years and yearned for a thousand years more.
