Clow Reed is the magician who originally created the Clow Cards, and their magical guardians Cerberus and Yue. Born of an English father and a Chinese mother, Clow created a new type of magic that blended both Eastern and Western magical elements. His plan was to hand down the magic to people who would use and protect it while meeting all of the qualifications, however few people could learn his brand of magic. The character of Clow is only seen in flash backs, as he has long been dead before the series starts. Few details are revealed about his character, personality, or life. When Clow knew he was about to die, he chose his then unborn descendent, Sakura Kinomoto, to become the new guardian of the cards and the new master of Yue and Cerberus. Clow's magical ability allowed him to foresee most of the future and plan many of the situations that would enable Sakura to succeed in taking full possession of the Clow Cards. He also deliberately made the sealing wand for the cards pink, reflecting that its future user would be a young girl. He also split his soul into two reincarnations, Eriol Hiiragizawa who had all of his memories and magic he possessed, and Fujitaka Kinomoto, Sakura's father. In the anime adaptation, Clow only splits his soul into a single reincarnation. In the first anime film, the "Madoushi", the spirit of a woman who had fought bitterly with Clow the appropriate use of magic is introduced. After she died, she attempted to continue the feud by having used her powers to embed her spirit in a book. After Sakura accidentally releases her Madoushi, the sorceress refuses to believe Clow is dead and attacks Sakura and her friends for trying to trick her. When Sakura is able to convince her that Clow has gone, the spirit realizes that she had truly loved Clow rather than hating them as she believed. Accepting he has died, her spirit vanishes.

Age: 24 Height: 185cm Birthdate: Mar. 3, 2283 Birthplace: Ireland Unit: GN-002 Gundam Dynames Lockon is the most easy going of all the Gundam Meisters. He's kind and considerate to people around him; there is a darker aspect of him. There's a lot of internal anger against terrorists due to KPSA's involvement in killing his family. Because of the violent death of his family, he desired the power to change world and believe Celestial Being can help him change it. While usually cool minded and rarely angry, dealing in missions or people related to terrorism (especially KPSA) affects his judgment as he's blinded by his emotions. His thoughts are usually about his mother, father, little sister Amy. Like the rest of the Meisters, Lockon Stratos is a codename, and he reveals to Feldt Grace that his real name is Neil Dylandy. He also has a twin brother, but chooses to remain out of his life, and neither sees each other. In episode 19, Johann Trinity reveals that Setsuna was a part of the organization responsible for the deaths of most of Lockon’s family. In confronting him about it, Setsuna does not deny his involvement, and even implies that he would understand if Lockon were to kill him, given that his hope to eradicate war would continue in Lockon. Lockon, however decides against shooting him understanding that their real enemy is the man behind KPSA, Ali Al-Saachez. During the GN-X assault on the Ptolemaios, Lockon is injured defending Patrick Colasour's attack on the GN-005 Gundam Virtue, resulting in not only the near-destruction of Dynames (of which the cockpit was damaged beyond repair), but also an impairment of his right eye, the extent of which is unknown. When Lockon is told that he will have to stay on the Ptolemaios for 3 weeks in order to make a full recovery, he instead resolves to keep on fighting, despite Dynames' damaged state and his own physical limitations. During another joint UN incursion, Lockon launched Dynames with the GN Arms. After destroying two MS carriers, Lockon confronted Ali Al-Saachez and was overpowered by the stolen Throne Gundam. As a last ditch effort, he jettisoned from the cockpit, connected his sniper module into a GN Arms cannon, and attempted to shoot down Ali Al-Saachez. He was able to damage the Throne, but Ali shot down the cannon - killing Lockon.
One of Ohno's American friends, Susanna (more frequently known as Susie or Sue), is a petite girl with an avid interest in yaoi. Susanna comes off as somewhat harsh and unsociable, and startles the other Genshiken members by using crude anime and manga quotes in Japanese (written in katakana to show her unfamiliarity with the language). As she makes gains in comprehension, her responding solely in quotes makes it unclear just how much Japanese she understands, much to the chagrin of Ogiue and others. Her extensive knowledge of anime and manga quotes suggests that Susanna is well-versed in both, having seen Neon Genesis Evangelion, Kimi ga Nozomu Eien, Fist of the North Star, Saint Seiya, Neko-Yasha, Mahoromatic, Azumanga Daioh, Doraemon and Lupin III, among others. She also seems to be obsessed with Japanese culture. As for her age, it is undetermined, and those who would know (i.e. Ohno) refuse to tell. Susanna wishes to study in Japan in the near future. In the relaunch of the manga, Sue has transferred to Shiiou University and is a first-year student and new club member of Genshiken. She is very close to Ogiue and still spouts various anime and manga quotes. She is employed by Ogiue to be one of her assistants for the official manga Ogiue is writing and drawing. Shuutaro Mendo is heir to the Mendou Zaibatsu with staggering wealth and its own private army. He commutes to school in a gigantic helicopter that is more like a flying mansion. Shuutaro carries a samurai sword which he often tries to use on Ataru (who has become expert at blocking it with his bare hands). Although very handsome he is just as stupid and lecherous as Ataru (just much more sophisticated in his approach). He takes his role as heir to the vast Mendou fortune extremely seriously. Mendou is vain, narcissistic, charming, overly dramatic, claustrophobic and afraid of the dark. He loves Lum, tolerating the presence of Ataru in order to be close to her. Shinobu is the closest thing he has to a girlfriend. (Source: Wikipedia)
