Maico's name stands for Multi-Artificial Intelligence Computer because she is 100% android, not a robot as the director always refers to her as. One would think that an android used for a radio show would look boxy or metallic, but Maico is certainly not robotic looking, in fact, she looks like a normal, pink-haired girl. This causes a bit of tension with some of the male characters in the show and oddly enough with Maico as well. She is a very special android who learns from her experiences and reacts with as much emotion as any other human girl.

Age: 15 A girl who fell in love with an upperclassman who helped her when she became anemic at the train station. She mistakenly thinks Sugiyama-senpai is the one who helped her and is devastated after he rejects her. After she finds out that Aki is actually the one who helped her, she soon falls in love with him and even confesses to him. She tells Aki he doesn't need to give her an answer to her confession. Toba confesses to her in chapter 23.
Konaki Jijii is a comic, absent-minded old y�kai man who attacks enemies by clinging to them and turning himself to stone, increasing his weight immensely and pinning them down. He and Sunakake Babaa often work as a team. The original konaki jijii is a ghost which is said to appear in the woods of Tokushima Prefecture in the form of a crying infant. When it is picked up by some hapless traveller, it increases its weight until it crushes him.
Kuze is the student council president at Yuuichi Aizawa's school. He tends to be very full of himself and enjoys talking down to people such as Mai Kawasumi due to his standing in the school. He once warn Mai not to do anything to wreck the dance party she attended with Yuuichi and Sayuri Kurata. Kuze has shown himself to have an angry temper, as he did not hesitate to yell at Mai at the end of the dance party when most of the inside of the building had been destroyed, despite her not being the main cause of the trouble. Kuze first appears at the ballroom dance party where he warns Mai Kawasumi that if she does anything out of line that he will find some way to expel her for sure. Previously, he has blamed Mai for the windows that were broken in school during the night where Mai appears to be fighting against her invisible monsters. Unfortunately for Mai, one of the demons attack the dance party early on, and Kuze immediately tries to get her expelled for what transpired, despite her not being the main cause of the damage. After Jun Kitagawa gets Mai off the hook, Kuze does not easily want to back down, and tries to threaten Sayuri Kurata, telling her that the next time Mai causes trouble, Sayuri will not go unpunished for covering for Mai. Before he can finish, however, Mai tells him that she will never forgive him if he harms Sayuri in anyway. Kuze gets intimidated by Mai, and leaves. Source: Wikipedia
