She seems like a very quiet girl, but in fact, she cannot forgive things that are wrong, and will never let anything she thinks is right get messed up. She is quite the perfectionist, and has a good head on her shoulders. She has a crush on Yun-su, and does not want him designing for other girls. Another Dorssian agent. He has a bright and violent personality. He is a mood maker of troops, although he can be easily provoked. His name means H9 in German. He secretly investigated Cain for who he is, but was found out by the latter for his eavesdropping and was eventually killed Unbeknownst to Cain. He had a special ear-ring that was able to record Cain's revelation, which X-eins later took possession of.

A prior member of the Alliance’s mobile suit development team, all of whom disbanded and fled the project after completing the Tallgeese and designing Wing Gundam Zero, and eventually set up development on separate colony clusters and Earth. Instructor H (Colony Cluster L4) was befriended by Quatre and constructed the Gundam Sandrock. He is short, with dark hair, a receding hairline, and a thin mustache. At 13, Vanilla H is the youngest of the Galaxy Angels. A very stoic girl, she hardly ever shows any emotion and speaks in a deadpan voice. She is always seen wearing a headgear featuring a red gem on top, possibly a mark of her family or religion. She also carries around the artificially intelligent doll Normad, and is gifted with the ability to heal injuries by touch. Vanilla frequently speaks in cryptic remarks, religious themes, or random words. She can be very caring and adept at hard work, but tends to behave strangely, sometimes to the inconvenience or detriment of the other Angels. Although seemingly totally apathetic, she actually possesses a very hot temper.
