He doesn't seem to have a name but Kirihito once referred to him as "Man with a scar on the right side of his neck." He rapes and kills Tazu, and later tries to exploit Urabe and Izumi's fake engagement for profit.

Laplace no Ma is Shirosaki in the appearance of a white rabbit in a tuxedo and a top hat with human mannerisms. He is neither sinister nor kind, and has a tendency to speak in riddles. His brief appearances in the N-Field leave the Rozen Maiden with nothing more than poetic and seemingly nonsensical advice. Despite the fact that he was seen supporting Barasuishou (and later, Kirakishou), Shirosaki's true motives remain a mystery. His rabbit form is named for Laplace's demon. Featured in the manga and the second season of the anime. He also appears at the end of the OVA.

Manifested spirit of Jūshir Ukitake's Zanpakut that is seen during the Zanpakut Unknown Tales arc. In their first appearance, both boys are seen laughing and playing, reflecting their child-like appearance. They seem to frequently join hands, reminiscent of how they appear in their released Zanpakut form, in which they are bound together by a red rope. As they have not yet shown any resentment or dislike of their former master; their reasons for leaving Ukitake are currently unknown. After being restored to normal, Sgyo no Kotowari, while still as playful as ever, is shown to be more behaved as they actually listen to Ukitake. Their relation to Ukitake becomes like younger brother/son as shown from their constant tackling for attention on him

He's one of the 3 student council president at the for boys only high school Ren used to go.

A rude, incontinent robot that Dr. Eyepatch made to help on some of Milk's missions. Tetsuko and he are bitter rivals. Robodog winds up causing a lot of conflict and trouble on Milk's missions.

The greatest Onmyouji in in the history of Japan, Abe no Seimei is the grandfather of Masahiro. He has Twelve shikigami under his command and is able to transfer his soul (which is in his younger form) outside of his old aged body, but this makes his body vulnerable. He teases Masahiro to push him further in his journey (which is kind of like a reverse psychology) and helps him out when he is in trouble. Masahiro calls Seimei "Old raccoon" when he is angry after Seimei's lecture/teasing of Masahiro's performance. (Source: Wikipedia)
