Don't let the fact that he looks a lot like Rockman fool you. This spunky navi is filled with a lot of spazz and downright bundles of energy. Like his operator Dingo, he presents a lot of Indian heritage in his design, and this reflects in his types of attacks as well. The axe on his right arm is detachable, and can be flung as a projectile weapon. Even Rock's buster isn't strong enough to deflect it when it's heading right at you. When in a pinch, Tomahawkman can also call upon his "Totem-sama!", which charges his energy, heals him, and then attacks his opponent for him with a blaze of fire. Position: First baseman, Third baseman A member of the Seishū High School baseball club, in the same year as K� and Akaishi. He likes K�, but has a rocky relationship with him ever since elementary school, when K� convinced he and his friends to buy a lot of brand new baseball equipment from the Kitamura store. In compensation, Nakanishi forces K� to learn the basics of baseball (outside of hitting). He joins the baseball club in junior high, but quits after three months, getting into a bloody fight with the slacking seniors. However, he keeps training after leaving the club. He joins the baseball club in high school, but like K� and Akaishi he does not take the placement test and is placed on prefab team. While he plays catcher in elementary school, in high school he originally plays first baseman before switching to third baseman as Azuma joins as first baseman.

He is the class officer for class 3-3, along with Yukari (and later Akazawa Izumi). Teshigawara is his childhood friend. Teshigawara thinks he is the dead person and got into fight with him at the balcony. Suddenly he fell from the balcony but he doesn't die. In the manga, he broke his leg but in the anime, he went to Mochizuki room with an angry expression, but after that he went missing. Kazami believed that Kouichi is the dead one and goes insane, killing Anzu and Aki from behind. Later, when he tries to kill Kouichi saying that because of him Yukari is dead, Izumi knocked him out with an iron rod. She says he doesn't deserve to live as he killed two classmates, and when she's about to kill him saying that now he can follow Yukari in death, Izumi is stopped by Chibiki.
