Birthdate: February 3 Horoscope: Aquarius Height: 185CM Weight: 61KG Blood Type: AB School Year: 1 Subject: Astronomy Amaha Tsubasa likes to create all sorts of crazy inventions most of the time they fail and create explosions in the student council room. He was abandoned by his parents the moment he was born and was adopted by his grandparents on his mother’s side. He was really close to his grandfather, and he picked up some of his traits, such as inventions and his laugh. He is in the student council, but he never does any student council activities He just works on his inventions. He’s afraid that if he becomes happy, he will eventually lose that happiness and to him that’s worse than not being happy at all. He starts to have feelings for Tsukiko but he’s not sure what they are. During the student president acceptance speech by Hayato, Tsubasa disappears. Birthdate: April 19 Horoscope: Aries Height: 178CM Weight: 62KG Blood Type: 0 School Year: 3 Subject: Hoshiyomi Personality: Kazuki is known for his leadership ability; he likes to be the No.1 of everything. There isn't a time when he isn't aiming to be the best of the best, and he will work very hard to achieve this goal. Of course, there are also times where he becomes tired of trying so hard, but he is mostly carefree and exciting. He'll often choose a difficult path over a secure one just to challenge himself. Even after he falls in love with Tsukiko, he still tends to be pushy and tries to control her with the best of intentions through his "leader's instinct." Shiranui Kazuki is the student council president. He's gotten held back 1 year because he saved Shirogane Oushiro's life and instead got hurt himself. Oushiro felt guilty so he purposely stayed back 1 year as well in order to start fresh with Kazuki. Kazuki recruited Tsukiko on her first day of school. He demanded that everyone in the student council refer to everyone by their first names because it creates a sort of bond. He wants Hayato to take over his position and Hayato hesitates at first but eventually he gives in and decides to accept it. His parents died in some kind of an accident when he was little. Despite him pushing Tsukiko away, she falls for him anyway. Kazuki can read the stars and predict the future so he's afraid of getting close to people and that's why he rejects Tsukiko's confession. Tsukiko goes to the reference room someone accidentally locks her in. Kazuki finds out and runs to get her out. This has happened to both of them in the past, the first time she met him at his uncle's shrine. Due to this incident she remembers him from the past and how she "saved" him from a bunch of bullies. she forces him to confess his real feelings to her and of course he does. After this he kisses her like a million times. In the true end he marries Tsukiko 5 years later.
Harley is a conniving character with little to no regard for anybody but himself and his Pokémon. He tends to get personal vendettas against people for the smallest of reasons. His vendetta against May began when she said she had never heard of Cacturne before, Cacturne was "scary" and that his cookies were "not half bad"; however, the supposed "real" reason he started to dislike her was because she looks just like a classmate who stole his last snack when he was a small child. He keeps photos of people that he has grudges against in a notebook/photo album. He also tends to inflict humiliation to try to get the better of an opponent, showing sadistic pleasure when he does. This is evident when he pretended to be friends with Max in order to get him to tell an embarrassing story about May only to record it and play it during a Contest. Finally as evidenced by his contest performances, Harley shows no qualms in using dirty tactics to win.
Wattson resides in Mauville City and is an expert on Electric-type Pokémon; defeating Wattson will earn the trainer the Dynamo Badge. His English name is derived from watt, while his Japanese name is likely a reference toward Nikola Tesla. An old man, Wattson is almost always seen smiling. Inside his gym includes several electrical doors and trainers. Each door can be opened by stepping on a switch. His puzzle isn't very difficult, much less than the next Gym Leader, Flannery. After his defeat, he hands you TM34: Shockwave, an electric attack that is sure to hit. As shown in the Pokémon anime, Wattson always likes a good joke, as any visitors (gym challengers or not) take a roller coaster ride, ending up against a mechanical Raikou. Ash surprisingly defeats Wattson easily with just his Pikachu, which is unusual as Electric-type moves are not very effective against Electric-type Pokémon. Wattson then dejectedly plans to retire from his Gym Leader post but regains his fighting spirit after helping to defeat Team Rocket. It is revealed that Pikachu's electric attacks had been temporarily supercharged when he destroyed the mechanical Raikou, which allowed him to overwhelm Wattson's Pokémon. Ash, hoping to get a fair rematch, tries to return his Dynamo Badge and earn it back fairly, but Wattson asks him to keep it because Wattson realizes that he also needs to continue training. His training pays off, because he and Ash meet again later in the series and have a rematch, in which Wattson's Manectric defeats Ash's Torkaoal.
Drew made his debut appearance in Now that's Flower Power!. Like Ash's main rival, Gary, Drew is portrayed as being confident, critical, and popular among his supporters, though generally not as overly insulting as Gary initially was. When Drew had participated in his very first contest, he had lost badly to a strong coordinator named Solidad. He said the loss was so heart-breaking for him it had even made him cry. Though he had suffered a defeat in his first contest, he endeavored to become a better coordinator and has succeeded to a good extent. He used to be very prone to nervousness when he started his career as a coordinator. He used to taunt May when he first met her because she used to be like him when he first started out. Even though his comments and attitude may have angered May, he still provides a helping hand whenever she needs it. Drew’s skills have been a continuing inspiration for May to better herself as a coordinator. When Drew participated at the Slateport City Contest in Win, Lose or Drew!, he and his Roselia defeated May and her Beautifly, but went on to lose to Robert and his Milotic. Drew shows up again in Pros and Con Artists for the Fallarbor Town Contest. During the contest, however, he loses to Grace and her Medicham. Following the contest, Drew congratulates the winner, May, by giving her a rose. The gesture (which is repeated in later encounters) is seen by some fans to be a hint towards a romantic relationship between the two but no direct hints have been shown. Notably, Drew made it to the finals of the Hoenn Grand Festival in Rhapsody in Drew by beating May in the semi-finals. However, he lost in the finals to Robert, who also beat him in the Slateport City contest, and was placed second. Afterwards he decided to go for the Contests in the Kanto region along with May and their other rival, Harley. In May, We Harley Drew'd Ya!, he was reunited with his old rival and friend Solidad, who had defeated him a long time ago. During the Kanto Grand Festival, he lost to May in the semi-finals who was placed in the Top 4. In The Unbeatable Lightness of Seeing, he said he would be traveling to Johto to participate in the contests in that region. He has the Contest Passes to compete in Hoenn, Kanto and Johto as well and as of Pruning a Passel of Pals! he had made cameo appearances in a A Full Course Tag Battle! flashback, watching May perform at the Wallace Cup. Old Man Swamp, also known as Mr. Swampy, is the character of the day in A Mudkip Mission. He runs a shelter for Mudkip and resembles the Pokémon he takes care of. He receives Mudkip eggs from the Pokémon League and raises them to be starter Pokémon for beginning trainers. When he saw that Ash and company trespassed in his secret shelter grounds, he thought that they were trying to steal the Mudkip. Soon everything was straightened out when Ash explained how Brock saved a baby Mudkip. But Brock explained to him later that another, older, Mudkip helped rescue the baby Mudkip. Old Man Swamp has a tendency of giving out too much information. One instance was him telling Team Rocket not to break the dam because it would flood the area and the Mudkip would have nowhere to live. When Old Man Swamp saw how Brock and Mudkip worked together to save the baby Mudkip and stop Team Rocket, he eventually asked him to take Mudkip with him as it was getting too old to give to a beginning trainer. Both Brock and Mudkip happily agreed. (Source: Bulbapedia)
