She often uses her looks to her advantage, but is also a very skilled battler. At the start of her journey, she stole a Squirtle from Professor Oak, and encounters Red and Green many times as she travels Kanto in the RGB chapter. At the age of five, Blue was kidnapped by Ho-Oh, who was under the command of the Mask of Ice. She was brought to his lair along with other children whom he was going to train to be his faithful servants. Here she met and developed a very close bond with Silver. The two escaped and Blue went to Kanto while Silver went to Johto, so they could gather information on the Mask of Ice, as they still kept in close contact. Since she was kidnapped by a giant bird at a young age, Blue developed a severe ornithophobia which was only cured at the end of the GSC chapter when she captured the three legendary birds to use against the Mask of Ice. Professor Oak noted that Blue's special skill is evolving Pokémon, and gave her the name of "Evolver" when she received her Pokédex. Her title is a homophone to Silver's (the "Exchanger") in the Japanese version. Silver got Blue her current outfit at the beginning of the FRLG chapter.
After taking good care of her health and living for a long time, Tewi became something more than an ordinary rabbit. She leads the Earthborn rabbits living in Eientei. Her impetuous temperament makes her seem more like a fairy than a phantom. Humans who lose their way in the bamboo forest around Eientei sometimes catch a glimpse of Tewi. Those who see her are able to find their way out without fail, so she is considered a guide of the forest. A witch who has settled down in the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Unlike the mistress of the house, she is not weak against sunlight; however, she does not go out much. She spends her days in a library where the sunlight cannot reach. This is so that the books won't be damaged, but the unhealthy atmosphere is bad for her health. She doesn't have a very proactive personality, but rather always walks her own path. However, she is always interested where knowledge is concerned and will proactively go and try to acquire it. She completely depends on her books, but still makes a lot of mistakes. Although she is quite skillful, her complete lack of physical fighting ability can't be helped. She pretty much never attempts to directly punch or kick her opponent. She makes up for this with her knowledge of a great variety of powerful magic. She's more at ease using magic than trying to attack physically. Dividing the magic she uses according to the days of the week is a secret hobby of hers, but no one has realized this. A wolfdog who was pet to the family of Quent Yaiden. After the destruction of her home, Kyrios (Curious), and most of her family, she travels with Quent hunting wolves. She lives her life as a pet dog, unaware of her wolf bloodlines. Upon meeting Cheza, the wolf in her is awakened. Unable to continue hunting her own kind, she leaves Quent to travel with the pack to Paradise. She grows especially close to Hige. Blue has black fur and blue eyes, looks, in addition to most likely based after a Grey Wolf, to be either part German Shepherd or part Siberian Husky (this is the most probable due to her eyes). Actually only three years old, Cat assumed the appearance of a young woman in her early twenties when she became human. Still possessing cat ears and a tail, Cat can wield 3 guns or three swords at once to deadly effect. Cat also has the ability to speak with spirits and gain information that would be otherwise lost to human ears. Cat has a shining personality and although she looks like an adult on the outside, she is still very much a child on the inside.
Blue is traveling with Keel and Ravi while looking for revenge against Kurokiri Setsuna. While in his human form he has black hair, dark colored eyes, and rounded ears. When he transforms into his monster form his hair becomes lighter until it is grey. His ears become pinted and his eyes turn light blue.
