Maaya is a third year and is the head of the Drama Club in Sora's high school. She is thought to be weird as she suddenly quotes dramatic lines and often exaggerates her gestures, but nonetheless is extremely optimistic and looks out for others. She was the first one to notice what Nomura Shun truly wanted after watching his soccer game with Sora. Despite the obvious need of the club for male members, she was the most vocal for Shun to continue soccer instead of the Drama Club, even to the point of pretending to shun him out of the club. She is the older sister of Oda Mayu.

This experience was why she was chosen to be the original leader of the group. However, though her struggles in Russia had left her an expert marksman and skilled tactician, she also became coldly logical and unwilling to interact with others on an emotional level, which led to being labeled "Kazuar" (in anime it's said that this name means "phoenix", but actually it's a bird, but its closest relative is ostrich). After a series of set backs, it was decided that Ichiro Ōgami should replace her as leader, with Maria remaining as his second. After an initial period of friction between the pair when Ōgami arrived, Maria's attitude began to turn slightly, though she still remains the most coldly emotional of the group. Sakura looks up at Maria very much at the beginning. (Source: wikipedia)
Maika is the oldest sister of the Yoshikawa family. She can use magic, and loves cooking for her brother and sisters. She has long lilac-coloured hair, often tied back with green ribbons. She is very protective of her brother Haruo, and was immediately suspicious of Ayumi's intentions. The others often accuse her of having a brother complex, which is not entirely unjustified. As a toddler she subliminally brainwashes Haruo in his sleep by chanting "Big Brother will stay with Maika" repeatedly, and her usually caring and ladylike-personality is replaced by a possessive jealousy whenever any female shows any closeness to her brother. "Ka" means "summer" in Japanese
Maria was Brandon's sweetheart when they were young. She lived with her adoptive father Chester, a member of Millennion, who raised her from infancy after finding her while working a job for the group. After Chester was killed, she moved in with Big Daddy at his villa, eventually growing close to him after Brandon rejected her, on the grounds that he had sinned too greatly during his profession as an assassin. She eventually married Big Daddy and gave birth to his daughter, Mika. Maria was later killed by Harry MacDowell, in his attempt to discontinue the line of Big Daddy's descendants. A flashback in the game reveals a clearer reason why Maria's daughter is someone important to Grave—during the time when Brandon was still human, a pregnant Maria asked him to make a promise: to always look after and protect her child should something happen to Maria or Big Daddy. This promise is one of the few memories Grave still retains of his previous life. (Source: Wikipedia)
Karin Maaka's father, Henry Marker is a vampire who is portrayed as surprisingly human; he seems to act in a way one might call 'silly.' Despite Karin's teenage status at age sixteen, Henry still views Karin as extremely young. Despite Karin's anomalies and flaws, he still loves her dearly: this is exemplified when Karin first suffered a nosebleed at a human school, Henry braved the sunlight to rescue Karin from the hospital workers, who would have realized she was a vampire upon examination, and is severely burned in the process. Henry suffers normal paternal jealousy when the possibility of love between Karin and Kenta Usui arises. Henry is often pushed about by his wife Carrera Marker, but has a fierce side which he rarely allows the world to see. Like most other vampires, Henry has a bat as a familiar, who remains unnamed, but has glowing red eyes. (Taken from Wikipedia.org)
