While deceptively strong, Tifa is empathic and emotionally shy. While identifying and responding to the feelings of others, Tifa does not express her feelings often and when she does she struggles doing so. Tifa has motherly qualities, acting as a support for others, and keeping the others around her optimistic. In Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, Tifa has grown more forward and tries to keep their family unit together when Cloud falls into depression. She acts like a parental figure towards the children in her care, both defending them in battle and giving them emotional support. Though not clingy, she appears hurt by Cloud's distantness. Reno is a Turk fighter, comrade/partner of Rude, who uses an electric rod. Most often characterized as loud, reckless and laid-back, Reno is assigned to lead the Turks after Tseng was injured (at least in the movie), which then indirectly shows his seniority despite his "slacker" appearance.

Jun is Azusa's and Ui's classmate who often hangs out with the latter. Ui tries to get her to join the light music club but ultimately fails due to a strange visit to the club room. A mischievous fairy who played scared people at Ayano's school, causing everyone at the school to think that a ghost was haunting the place. Tiana later approaches Kazuma about a treasure that was stolen from the king of the fairies, and hires him to retrieve it. Though she is able to prank Ayano and her friends quite successfully, Kazuma is able to handle her without a problem from the first time they met. She serves mainly as comic-relief.
