Jariten, known to everyone as "Ten" is Lum's little cousin. Ten is a bratty and smart-mouthed alien toddler. Like all oni, Ten has powers of his own. He can fly and breathe fire. But he is an inexperienced child so his flying is awkward and slow, and his fire breathing isn't always effective. Ten is a child, but sure doesn't act his age. He has a certain level of adult intelligence which is quite shocking for someone still in diapers. One result of being precocious is that Ten only has eyes for older women. Yet Ten is still essentially a child and quite naive. Around women he is usually cute and diminutive. When he's near men he's his usual self. Loud, pesky and often aggressive. Ten came to earth to meet Lum's new husband but was disappointed at what he found. From the moment they've met, Ataru and Ten have been at each other's throats. His nickname is derived from his hairstyle ("kakugari (カクガリ)" means "crew cut"), he has a large build. He is the least used of the stormtroopers and he often seen with Chibi. He is also the one who beats up Chibi the most.
Sakura's wandering monk uncle. Cherry's real name is Sakuranbou, which literally means “cherry” in Japanese. But because the word's kanji can be read to mean "deranged monk," a phrase that is quite accurate in describing him, he prefers to be called by the English word. Cherry has amazing spiritual powers (or so he claims) and he often predicts doom for Ataru (no great feat). He has a habit of popping up out of nowhere, often from very strange places. His ugly face and very short stature are frequently used for comedic effect. Cherry has made a vow of asceticism, living in a tent in an empty lot not far from Ataru's house. Iris is the female protagonist in Pokemon Best Wishes. Her main Pokémon is Axew, a Dragon-type. She also has an Excadrill that has been with her since it was a Drilbur, and an Emolga. She is a citizen of the Dragon Village who has been tasked by the village's elder to go on a journey with her Axew to raise it to become a great Haxorus. After meeting up with Ash, she decides to join him on his journey. In Pokémon White for the Nintendo DS, Iris is the 8th Gym Leader of the Unova Region. Her mentor is an old man named Drayden, specialized in Dragon-type Pokémon. He is the 8th Gym Leader in Pokémon Black. Two years later, in Pokémon Black and White 2, she becomes the Champion.
A transfer student at Tomobiki High School, Class 2-4. She is a girl, but because her father says the successor to the Hamachaya must be a man, he raises Ryuunosuke as a boy and insists that she is one. Because her eccentric father has raised her as a boy in order to run the Hamachaya, she behaves a lot like one and is quite violent. However, since she is in fact a girl, she hates being treated like a boy. She would love nothing more than to let her feminine side show, but her father interferes in every attempt she makes. Her first love was her elementary school teacher, whom she later realizes was a woman. Only Ataru Moroboshi truly treats her like a woman, but she handles it the same way most girls handle Ataru: with a hard left hook, not that it ever stops him.

He is capable of commanding the attention of everybody around him with little effort. He seems to know quite a bit about events in The World R:2, though his quiet nature makes it unclear exactly how much knowledge he actually has. He frequently disappears from the game for long stretches of time; while he says it's related to his job in the real world, whether that is true or not is up for debate. As a Steam Gunner of an extremely high level, he has progressed beyond having to worry about trivial matters such as leveling or PKers, leaving him plenty of time to work on his long term goals, whatever they may be. One thing to note, though he never seems to lie, he has the habit of not giving a straight answer, leaving others to make their own judgments.
