A doctor who is an ally of the Red Whirlwind, whom he attends and counsels after each skirmish with the city guards. He dresses up as the Red Whirlwind and pretends to be the real Red Whirlwind to free those wrongfully accused of being the Red Whirlwind. Dying via self-immolation to avoid capture, he leaves behind a wife (who knows Juliet's secret and doesn't blame her for Lancelot's death) and two daughters who have yet to be told of his fate. His last declaration of the Red Whirlwind's revival comes true when Juliet again dons the persona. Years after his death, his daughters are shown playing in Red Whirlwind costumes. Storm Eagle, is a Maverick from Mega Man X based on an eagle. Storm Eagle was a noble and popular Reploid leader of the Maverick Hunter's 7th Air Cavalry unit. When Sigma started the Maverick revolt, he was forced into submission after a attempt to stop Sigma, losing the fight. He may have been infected by the virus, though by his own words, it seems to be out of duty. But these words are questionable as they were said with much reluctance, possibly wanting to oppose Sigma. Thus he may be a sort of innocent victim of the war. X had to kill him in the Death Rogumer. In The Day of Sigma OVA, Storm Eagle was at the Missile Base prior to Sigma's revolt, and he was moved to the 17th Elite Unit for a short time. X and Zero respects Storm Eagle, being Zero apparently related to him somehow. Vile, however, hates him.
Yamagami's first name is so long it is often abbreviated to just "Lucy". Her parents had difficulty choosing a name and listed all the ideas on the registration form. This becomes an ongoing embarrassment for her and she proclaims that she became a civil servant only to exact revenge on the sloppy bureaucrat that approved her name! She becomes angry when people refer to her by first name (or any abbreviation). (still continues) The one that allowed her name was Hasebe's father. Unlike in the anime in the manga when Hasebe first goes to tell her with everyone that it was his father who ok her name he chickens out and says he will tell her tomorrow. It becomes a running gag that every day he tries to tell her but ends up saying tomorrow. She doesn't find out till at the moment Hasebe was finally about to tell her she overhears Hasebe's dad tell the chief he is the one who okayed her name. She had met him previously but didn't know he was Hasebe dad and he kept avoiding each time the chief tried saying his name in front of her not wanting to mess up things for his son. By this time though they had already confessed to each other and were a couple. After initially being upset they made up when Hasebe was sick at home and Lucy showed up at his home carrying a knife( As he didn't keep any at his place.) but was actually their to cook him food what she had been secretly learning to do. In the end she gets a name change telling her parents she has problems with it what they thought she didn't since she never said anything. She keeps the Lucy as it is what Hasebe has always called her and is special to her now.
Mel is the protagonist of the story who just moved to the magical capital to improve her magic skills. But on her way to the first day of school Vaith kidnaps her and takes her to the royal castle where Sylthfarns most trusted friends ask her to impersonate the master wizard so the country does not panic. Though grudgingly mel accepts the job and the story continues from here....
