In the beginning of the story, she was introduced as Ryuji's fiancee (seisai, literally translated as the good/right/holy wife). She was aiming to be like Durga, a legendary female figure, who acts as her husband's right hand. She is the only daughter of Sumon, the head of the Silver Dragon Clan, the head clan under Kuryugumi. Asago is jealous that Ryuji spends most his time with Tsukasa and not her. She is quick to show her temper and is reluctant to trust Tsukasa as she is a katagi (a child of a cop/ law abiding citizen). Like Ryuji, she's can use a gun well and can use two at once. She doesn't seem to truly trust anyone except Ryuji. In the beginning, Asago believes that Tsukasa is male, later she finds out, much to her dismay, that Tsukasa actually a girl. After Ryuji protected her from being shot, she has been living in guilt and had even thought about suicide but changed her mind after meeting with Munakata, a cop. Eventually she accepts that Tsukasa is the only one who Ryuji can truly be comfortable with. She eventually shows some feelings towards the scarred cop. Miwako's boyfriend and a student of Yazagaku who also works with George to run Paradise Kiss. He is the son of a musician and a guitarist in a punk band. He tends to act rough, but can be very caring. He also has quite an assortment of facial piercings. Son of Kanzaki Risa, who is a good friend of Mikako Kouda, also from Gokinjo Monogatari. Seiji was first seen in the manga Gokinjo Monogatari (Neighborhood Story). He applied as Mikako's mother's assistant. His dream was to study abroad as a hair stylist, but he used to go to Yaza-gaku. As he spends more time as Mikako's mother's assistant, Mikako grows close to him and starts to view him as a brother (though at first Tsutomu isn't very approving of her and his relationship). He appears in Paradise Kiss a little, rumored to be George's lover. There is a running joke with him being an alien in Gokinjo Monogatari and Paradise Kiss. In Gokinjo Monogatari, Mikako strangely gets the idea that he can transport, which in her mind of course only leads to him being an alien. When she asks him if he is one, he jokingly says he is. You can tell Mikako even told her little sister Miwako that he is an alien, because Miwako says that he is from "Glitter Planet" (or "Planet of Sparkles" in the dub) in Paradise Kiss. The legendary shadow seisai to the currently disbanded Hogougumi. Looks like a more mature version of Tsukasa with long dark hair. Not much is known about her except that she took the fighting half of the weak omote no seisai to the Hogougumi kumicho. Very good at fighting, either weaponless or with a katana. She was the origin for the title of Durga. Was rumored to have no physical contact with her 'husband' though she pledged loyalty to him, but lately it was found out that she slept with Hogou's kumicho and had a girl (Tsukasa). Is rumoured to be dead. Abandoned Hogougumi when it was threatened by Garyukai over 14 years ago according to Shiki. Went out to kill Mikaido Shiva according to Azuma.
