Ravel is shown to be very loyal to her older brother, as she is seen diligently obeying his authority. She strongly believes that her brother is so powerful, no one could ever possibly defeat him. She is also Raiser's Bishop. She follows her brother's authority to a full degree, as she sees that there is no one who can defeat him. Just like her brother, Ravel is also a Phoenix. After seeing her brother's defeat at the hands of Issei, she becomes infatuated with him, and later transfers to his school so she can spend more time with him. Later on as the story continues, she falls in love with him completely, and does not mind becoming his concubine so long as she can be with him. She is currently a "free" Bishop since she traded herself back to her mother's team (who does not participate in Rating Games). It is likely she will trade herself to become one of Issei's Bishops when he gains peerage, as she wants to be of use to Issei. She moves into the Hyodo residence in Volume 10.
Hanabi, the main character, is rowdy and tough. She used to be a crybaby when she was little, but with the help of Takeru Suno, who helped boost her confidence, she is now an outspoken teenager who likes having her way. She goes to an all-girls school until it turned co-ed. She soon gets infatuated by Yasuaki Garaki after their encounter at the water fountain. They then became boyfriend/girlfriend after a little contest. Afterwards Takeru came back for Hanabi making it a contest against crush vs crush.
A student council member who bullies other students. Tokihisa soon falls in love with Hanabi, but realizes that she only likes Yasuaki. He considers Yasuaki his rival because Yasuaki is better than him at everything, especially sports.
Riser's Rook. A woman who wears a mask on the right side of her face. She was incapacitated by Issei's Dress Break before being defeated by Issei's Dragon Shot. Unlike Karlamine, she considers honor to be fulfilling Riser's wishes by any means necessary and fair play optional. She reappears in Volume 5 as Ravel's escort during the Young Devils Gathering. Lord Gremory is the current head of the Gremory Clan of Devils. He is the father of Rias Gremory and Sirzechs Lucifer and grandfather of Millicas Gremory. A middle-aged looking man with crimson red hair. Coming from the Gremory Clan that has extra-ordinary affection, Lord Gremory has demonstrated a very kind disposition. Little is known of Lord Gremory's past, except that he married Venelana Bael and eventually fathered two children: Sirzechs and Rias. When Sirzechs became the Satan, "Lucifer" and lost his right to become the Head of the Gremory Clan, Lord Gremory made an arrangement with the Phoenix Clan for his daughter to marry Riser Phoenix at some point before the series. When the girls of the Occult Research Club are ordered to begin living with Issei, Rias asks her father to renovate Issei's house into a mansion. Though the house he designs has three floors, two basements, an underground pool and a massive kitchen, the mansion he originally had in mind was to be much bigger and staffed with many maids. Lord Gremory seems to get along well with Issei's parents and even seems to take for granted that Issei will end up with Rias anyway, once calling Issei "Son." (Source: High School DxD Wikia)
