While Shiori is her host, unlike her older sisters, Minerva is able to exist outside of her host with her own body, a young 5-6 year old girl who looks similar to Shiori. When Minerva takes over Shiori's body, her body shrinks and hair grows longer. Like her host, Minerva is shy and loves reading books. When Minerva is first introduced, Shiori is unaware who she is, believing she is a lost child as both have yet to make their acquaintances. While it is unknown when Minerva awoken, it is known that it happen before Apollo's warning to her sisters. During the time Keima repairs his relationship with Shiori by helping her write a story for the school festival, Minerva secretly helps her as well. But when she suffers from Writer's Block, with help from Keima and later Minerva, who finally talks to her face to face, Shiori is finally able to finish her story; a story about her love for books and Keima. When Keima finishes reading her story while Shiroi is sleeping, Minerva takes over her body and meets Keima for the first time. But because of Apollo's warnings, she is unwilling to talk to him. Nevertheless, with his relationship with Shiori improving, which restores Minerva's powers including her wings, Keima decides to leave them be for now while Minerva properly introduces herself to Shiori. Urara has a slightly prideful attitude, due to her seemingly wealthy background. She considers herself an adult and to justify her claims, she tried to imitate "adult things" by using cosmetics, believing that games are "child-stuff" and generally acting mature. However, when she was hit by Keima, she reverted back to her childish self and cried. It was shown that Urara only pretends to be mature and would be more childish when she's not with her peers. This might have been foreshadowed from the start of the series, as she always had collar around her neck like Keima. Although she is a human and apparently borrowing all her abilities of capturing from Akari, she is shown to be extremely powerful. She was able to capture level 4 spirit without a single difficulty even though it was not able to be handled by entire run-away spirit squad from the district. In chapter 250 it revealed that Dokurou "Human" has a resemblance of Yuri Nikaido and that is why she has the Tape collar to keep vintage from finding the girl with the goddess, so she became the decoy for a while until Keima meet Elsie. Also she said she will always be with Keima protecting him in a distance...like Yuri did in some of the chapter helping him in secret.
