His name was never disclosed.Little was shown about him, however he didn't show any hesitation when dispatching a comrade who had failed instead of saving him when he had the chance. His most distinctive feature is that he has a metallic goggle on his face yet it's not just covering his eyes; it's surrounding his entire head just like Saturn's rings. Plugs are inserted into it all around, and countless cables connect them to a machine at his back. Lastly, due to his usage of electronic weapons, it is unknown if he has an ESP ability that has no direct use as combat or if he just doesn't have an ESP ability at all. He is Angela's brother. He has an illness which prevents him to grow therefore he has the body of a little child while maintaining the mentality of an adult. He used to have a maid named Yvonne who is now serving at the school.
The accomplice of the chairman. It is implied that he has sex with Homuro to get the DC Mini, although he is shown to be repulsed with having done so. He is also obsessed with Chiba because she is beautiful, and is jealous of Tokita because Chiba respects Tokita more as a scientist. He is shot by Konakawa as he tries to escape from his dream. This causes him to die in the real world.
Nen type: Reinforcement Description: Wing is a Nen trainer whose main student is Zushi. He meets Gon and Killua at the Celestial Tower. Although in the beginning he refuses to train Gon and Killuia, and even lies to them about Nen's purpose, he changes his mind when they reach the 200th floor, as he realizes they could die or be badly injured from nen "initiation". For the next several months he teaches them the basics of Nen, after which he announces they have passed the secret final requirement for being a Hunter. His teacher was Biscuit Kruger.
