Usako, daughter of the incompetent Emperor Lei Lei, more or less runs things in Little Tokyo. Her one desire is that she always get her way, and people are usually more than willing to do so, because at even the slightest accidental slip, she is more than ready to send anyone to Prisoner Island. Sometimes, Usako gets bored and decides to do some wandering around (and the attendants can't do a thing about it), which usually provides the Big Cheese with a chance at kidnapping and the Pizza Cats a major headache trying to keep her safe.
Suu is the main character of the series. In the futuristic world that she inhabits, the military conducted a search for gifted children nicknamed "Clovers", who seemingly have the magical ability to manipulate technology. Demonstrations of their powers include teleportation and summoning weapons from thin air. Suu is one of these children. Being isolated from the rest of mankind, Suu craves for company, and as for her only wish, she asks to visit "Fairy Park." Her escort is Kazuhiko, an ex-military soldier who has been forced to undertake the task. It is later revealed that Kazuhiko and SÅ« are connected through Kazuhiko's deceased lover, Oruha. Another agent that works under the Chief, BB. He is the shorter chubby fellow. Due to having the same name as J1, they are given the names J1 & J2 as a result. Sometimes BB will call them JJ when she has a task to ask of both of them.
A girl Cobra rescues. She later asks him to help her get to planet Galon to save Earth.
Seiyuu: Kana Nojima (乃嶋 架�）
Cleopatra Corns, or Cleo to her friends and associates, is the principle protagonist of the show. The chief executive officer of the Corns Conglomerate, Cleo would rather be jetting off to some fantastic vacation stop than worry about the bills like her friend Suen would rather have her do. However, Cleo is also a woman of convictions that would never stand still whenever trouble occurs somewhere in the world, which often happens at a very regular pace. And some of these incidents range from an oil well fire caused by terrorists to having to confront a telepathic girl who could cause worldwide Armageddon.
Elzam's wife. She was held hostage and later killed during the terrorist attack on the space colony of Elpis.
