Possibly the greatest troublemaker in Nube's class, Miki Hosokawa is known best for her big mouth, her vast spiritual knowledge...and her big bust! At the start, Miki was a mere tattletale, consistently chatting on and on about various rumors and such, especially if Nube was involved. But after a near-fatal encounter with a tattletale youkai, she begins to tone down her talking and starts focusing on more spiritual matters. Miki begins to do consistent research on various spirit and youkai manners, to the point where even her teacher came to her for things he may not know! While most of this is merely knowledge, she consistently looks for supernatural means to assist her, either for her rumor mill or to get rich quick. One of her most important spiritual developments was gaining the ability to become a rokurokubi, where she can spiritually stretch her head and neck to go undercover to anywhere she chooses. Extremely vain about her physicality, Miki prides in her growing buxom figure (she grows from a B-cup to an F-cup over the course of the series) and flaunts it whenever she can. The "juvenile delinquent" of the class, Katsuya Kimura acts much worse than he really is toward Nube and his other classmates. At the start of the series, Katsuya is consistently portrayed as a loner, either due to being misunderstood by his classmates, his own cowardice or from his delinquent behaviors such as smoking or stealing charity for a good cause. But as the series goes on, he slowly comes to grips with himself and joins in with Nube and his friends where he is one of the main members of the class. Katsuya is a huge pervert towards sexy females, an attribute that gets him into a huge idolization of Miki (though she sees treats him like her dog). He also finds himself consistently with the worst grades in class alongside both Hiroshi and Makoto. The Director General of Space Patrol's Ogikubo branch. He has a strong sense of justice, to the point that his many catchphrases include the word "Justice." Although he talks big, he acts little, often relying on other characters, especially his secretary. He also jumps to conclusions, as seen when he repeatedly arrests and frees Luluco in the first episode.
He is almost always seen sitting at his desk and gesturing with his extended index and middle fingers in the shape of a gun. His skeletal body constantly burns with a purple flame, which appears to be a manifestation of his sense of justice.
Nodoka is Ranma's loving mother. She hasn't seen him and Genma in over a decade though, when they left on their training trip. Stating that a doting mother would hinder Ranma's training, Genma made a contract with her to raise Ranma as "man amongst men", and if he failed, he and Ranma were to commit seppuku. However, because Ranma's curse makes him a woman half the time, they spent most of Nodoka's appearances hiding from her as Ranko Tendo and her pet, Mr. Panda. Nodoka's heart was constantly broken by knowing that she wanted nothing more than to see her son again. Eventually in the manga, she did meet Ranma and Genma and discovers their curses. However, she was more accepting than they expected. Mostly because she eventually began to suspect that Ranma and Ranko were, in fact, the same person. (Wikipedia)
Aruruu is very shy and overall quiet. Like Eruruu, her name is taken from a fictional flower, saying that the Eruruu and Aruruu flowers grow together. After Mutikapa, a large, white tiger that is nearly invulnerable to small weapons, is defeated by Hakuoro, she tends to her baby tiger whom she names Mukkuru. Mukkuru grows in a very short time and becomes Aruruu's mount in battle. Aruruu is Eruruu's younger sister.
Oboro was in the beginning an impulsive and somewhat egotistical bandit chief of a fort near the village of Yamayura. He is very caring for his younger sister, Yuzuha, to whom he would bring Tusukuru to oversee her health. When Hakuoro becomes the leader of the country's rebellion, Oboro joins forces with him and swears eternal allegiance, with revenge for Tusukuru among his reasons, calling Hakuoro his brother. His "vassals", Dorii and Guraa, are always at his side, though their lord/ vassal relationship is never explained. After the rebellion, Oboro becomes a general of the new country of Tusukuru, and leads a sort of "special forces" unit of vagabond swordsmen from his old bandit fort. He is constantly butting heads with Kurou over military matters, and it becomes a source of comic relief. At mealtimes, Oboro hates eating vegetables with a passion, to the point where eating a small amount causes him to gag. Oboro's main weapons of choice are two katanas that he uses in balance with his good agility, making him a deadly fighter but quite inexperienced compared to the other main and supporting characters. Just before Hakuoro is sealed into a deep sleep, he names Oboro as the next emperor of Tusukuru. When Yuzuha passes away a short time later, Oboro goes on a journey of self-discovery across the lands to figure out how to be a good emperor, with Dorii and Guraa ever at his side. In the PC game, Oboro still goes on a journey, but to show of his sister Yuzuha's child that she received by virtue of Hakuoro's divine blood.
