The last of the three mercenary children helping Chigusa. He supposedly came to Japan from the Istanbul Magic Association a month prior the school field trip to Kyoto, but was actually hired by Chigusa Amagasaki for her plan. She refers to him as "Newcomer". Fate is an expert in both Western and Eastern magic, is highly skilled in martial arts (noted by Negi to slightly resemble the chinese martial arts he practices), and is stronger and more skilled than Negi, as of the current story arc. He was the one that almost turned everyone at the Kansai Magic Association headquarters into stone, and kidnapped Konoka when Chigusa failed to do so on earlier attempts. The name he has may not be his real name, as noted by Eishun and furthed by Professor Akashi's report. He disappeared after he and the summoned demon god were defeated by Evangeline. He specializes in water-based and petrification spells and can perform Eastern magic such as summoning demons using ofuda. Recently, Fate has appeared outside the gate to the magic world, and, upon entering the magic world by following Negi's group, attacks Negi by piercing him with a spear-like projectile. He and a group of mages (whose identities are unknown- however, one of them seems to know Asuna) then engage in battle with Negi's ministras, separating the group with a forceful transportation spell, and accomplished the mission they were originally sent to do: destroying the gateway to the normal world (the group later set out to destroy the other gate keys). Fate and his group later framed Negi's team for this, putting a bounty on each of the Ala Alba members, making it harder for them to move freely. It is noted by Evangeline that Fate may not be human (saying he was something more akin to a puppet). His and his group's intentions are not known at this time. (Source: UQ Holder Wikia)

The sub-captain on the Bilkis. He is Tiki's older brother. Mario believes in the concept of love and feels the world is more than just DNA. He felt close to his old Register, but feels closer to Beatrice. Mario takes over as captain when Hiroto starts to halucinate and falls ill. He awakens memories that Beatrice thought she'd 'deleted' from her brain. As a child, he once ate a register's pill. Of course, not being a register, it had no effect. Mario is good at lying and leading. He was 2nd only to Jean in his class at school, and they are 'rivals' now. When Mir creates a teleportation system, he uses it to trasport to Jean's ship, the Youki. Just before dying, Mario says he's going to see love for himself, and Jean says, "Show me Mario". Yoshitsune, a brilliant strategist and occasional pervert, he holds the title of Rumble King, and is the leader of the Kansai Storm Rider syndicate "Trident". He challenged Ikki with the "Devil's Thirty Thirty", a stunt that normally involves jumping over the bodies of thirty-three of one's teammates; in Ikki's case, he has to leap over Ringo who was lying at the end of the track. The power of his Regalia is demonstrated during Ikki's first jump when Agito attempted to assist his team leader by accelerating Ikki with a "Fang." Yoshitsune's Ram Jet Theory based Regalia intercepted and completely nullified the fang. Ultimately, Ikki successfully tackled the challenge, and Trident agreed to collaborate with Genesis. Yoshitsune now serves Simca and Genesis as an enforcer and tactician. After Sleeping Forest's Gabishi was captured, while trying to harm Kazu, Yoshitsune was in charge of his interrogation and torture. After Sora's betrayal and Spifire's death, Yoshitsune showed sadness for his comrade but nevertheless decided that Trident would stay with Genesis, not because of loyalty to Sora, but because it would be more beneficial for the stormriders of West Japan, represented by Trident, and his own desire to fight against Koragasumaru. According to Benkei, the only time he is truly serious is when he take off his glasses
