Silvers Rayleigh, also known as the "Dark King", Is a famous coating mechanic in the Shabaody Archipelago. Trivia Silver is traditionally considered the next most valuable metal after gold, and as the first mate, Silvers Rayleigh was the second highest ranked man in the crew after the captain, Gold Roger. Rayleigh appears to be left-handed. He has wielded his sword using his left hand on a few occasions. Rayleigh is the first known character to have seen the Straw Hat worn by all 3 of its known owners. He's the former vice captain of the Roger Pirates and is also known as "The Pirate King's Right Hand." He's a friend of both Hatchan and Shakuyaka since earlier. Like Shanks, Silvers has displayed the possesion of a monstrous "spiritual aura" or "Haki." He has also displayed an incredible fighting strength, fighting par-on-par with Kizaru using a normal sword imbued with Haki.

Age: 37; 39 Birthday: March 9 Affiliations: Red Hair Pirates; Yonko; Roger Pirates (former) Red-Haired Shanks is a legendary and powerful pirate in the Grand Line, being the captain of the Red Haired Pirate Crew and one of the Four Emperors in the second half of the grand line. Furthermore, he is Monkey D. Luffy's childhood hero and a former member of Gol D. Roger's Crew. Overall, he is greatly respected by most of the characters, despite having a "soft" and friendly nature and never appearing in actual combat until he started a fight with Whitebeard. As a whole, he does not make many appearances in the series, although he appears in a majority of the opening or closing themes of the anime. Shanks always wears a long black cape over his shoulders and until he met Luffy, wore a straw hat that he had worn for many years beforehand. He always wears trousers that are cut below the knee as well as a pair of sandals. The most striking thing about Shanks is the color of his red hair, of which his nick-name "Red Haired Shanks" comes from. He also has three scars across his left eye, which were given to him by Blackbeard a long time ago. He has a missing left arm, that he had lost when he saved Luffy from a Sea King. Shanks and his crew are almost always seen partying and drinking alcoholic beverages whenever they make an appearance as the Captain's favorite pastimes are attending and hosting parties and banquets. According to Oda, Shanks is the one character that resembles himself the most out of all the One Piece characters, because of his fun-loving partying nature.

Affiliation: Marine Occupation: Vice Admiral Epithet: Garp the Fist Birthday: July 6 Monkey D. Garp is a Marine hero, who was famous for cornering the late Pirate King, Gold Roger numerous times in his career. Garp is considered by Whitebeard as one of the few people that know the seas from the time of Gold Roger. Early on in Luffy's life, he was trained by Garp to become a strong Marine. Luffy was thrown into valleys, left alone in dangerous forests, and tied to balloons over high altitudes, all for the sake of making him stronger. After this he left Luffy and Ace in the care of an Dadan. Garp is first introduced in Koby's mini-series as the Marine Officer in charge of escorting Captain Morgan. However after falling asleep, Morgan makes his escape by striking Garp and taking Helmeppo as a hostage, fleeing on a small dingy. Garp then wakes up unharmed, apparently breaking a cannon in the process of waking up. When Koby begs to chase after the two, Garp allows Koby to pursue them. Upon the boys return they offer themselves to be punished, but Garp instead proposes a different course of action. He states that the pair of them are nothing but trouble and the only way to ensure they still in line is that he takes charge of the pair. He takes them back to Marine HQ where he begins to train them to become great Marine Officers. (Source: One Piece Wikia, Wikipedia)

Koro-sensei is a teacher for class 3-E of Kunugigaoka Junior High School and the main antihero of Ansatsu Kyoushitsu. He was responsible for carving out a large chunk of the moon to become a permanent crescent moon and plans to destroy the earth after teaching class 3-E for a year. His name comes from Korosenai (殺) means "cannot be killed" and sensei, means teacher. Literally, his name means unkillable teacher. Koro-sensei is made up of anti-matter. He will inevitably die in March, whether the students assassinate him or not. It is later revealed that the chance of this happening was less than 1%. Koro-sensei was previously known as the "God of Death." Koro-sensei did not actually destroy the moon, a rat infused with anti-matter did.

Dr. Franken Stein (Franken being his first name) is the man that changed Sid into a zombie. He was also Death Scythe’s first partner (Maka's mother was the second). He was also the most powerful technician to ever graduate from the school, Shibusen. He has a bolt going through his head which turns so his thoughts would be on the matter at hand. He mostly moves by pushing his chair in the direction he wants to go even if it ends up with him crashed on the floor. Stein is such a strong fighter that he could take down Black Star while still seated in his chair. Stein sees everything in the world, including himself, as an experiment or specimen. He even experimented on Spirit (now Death Scythe) when he was sleeping during the five years they worked together. His understanding of soul wavelengths gives him a huge advantage against other users since he can change his own to match the other’s wavelength and thereby nullify or disrupt the soul frequency of the technician and weapon. This comes from his high spiritual flexibility and by observing his opponent beforehand. His soul wavelength is so high that he doesn’t need a weapon and can channel it through his body and release it out of his body as electric discharge. He has a strange hobby of wanting to dissect anything he thinks is interesting. He is also the school doctor; he still respects Spirit and still calls him Senpai. Other than his electric charges, he uses a repertoire of other techniques such as Soul Sutures, a technique which binds people to e.g. the ground via a soul wavelength (the technique is costly, it requires so much attention the wielder cannot move), Witch Hunter (the technique Maka uses) when he is using Spirit as a weapon, and the ability to cancel out direct soul attacks by matching wavelengths (explained earlier). He goes crazy after the Kishin is released and madness wavelengths overwhelm him. Medusa takes advantage of this and takes him under her wing. Marie saves him, by using her healing wavelength.
The father of Nine and Celica, Shūichir Ayatsuki was a scientist working with Relius Clover before the emergence of the Black Beast.

According to BlazBlue: Phase 0, Shūichir created Kushinada's Lynchpin, referring to it as, "the nail that will nail (the entrance to the boundary) shut". He also made mention of a 'key', referring to it as if it were something to be raised and that the 'lynchpin' was incomplete without it. When Shūichir first got to work with Relius, he referred to him as a genius. He had a hand in creating a special prime field device requested by a man with green hair. According to Shūichir's logs, the 'Original Unit' was said to be recovered from the Alucard family. He personally saw Relius getting swallowed up by the Black Beast. He began to panic and decided that using the 'lynchpin' was the best solution. However, the 'key' wasn't there, it having slipped from his grasp. As he waited for his eventual death, the last two lines in his log were, "I can no longer do anything anymore. All I can do now is just wait for my life to end..."

(Source: Blazble Wikia)
