A mysterious robot that hacked the DEVA and dreamed of exploring space in order to find a new frontier for mankind to settle on. His purpose is to prepare humans for environmental change and seek for alternative human habitat. The alternative human habitat searching plan was primarly led by leaders from different countries. But the leaders started arguing, so, the plan was carried out secretly. The ship that it have been built is named Genesis Ark. "You know about the music, friendship and you even have the dream to explore. You are already human." Dingo says to him at the end. He name him a proud human descendant and encourage him to sail.
Zarik Kajiwara, also known as Dingo, is the agent living on Earth that helps Angela to find the one who hacked the virtually world of DEVA. He is shown as a man in his thirties with short-browned wavy hair and a macho beard wearing a pair of jeans, a white shirt and a waistcoat. He likes playing guitar and listen to songs of the rock band ALISE. He worked in the past for DEVA. He is also offered a virtual citizenship by Angela before she return to report the situation but he refuses saying that he doesn't want to live "in a world where people are treated as goods." "Life in DEVA depends on how much memory you obtain," Dingo says. He thinks that DEVA's virtually society is based on how much memory the users have and thinks the citizens aren't equals, thus wants people's freedom being almost annihilated.
Ayumu's first enconter with her was bumping into her breasts. She's one of the strongest masou shoujo in Netherworld and also Eucliwood's acquaintance. She lives in Human world though, busy making a doujin for winter Comiket. She doesn't have any offensive-type magic. Her ability is negating magic. It is also believed that she's also responsible for suppressing Eucliwood's magic.

She wears an armor that suppresses her abilities and doesn't talk because her power can make her every word spoken become reality. Instead she communicates to others by using note pad, which usually pertains to her appetite. Although seemingly emotionless and mute, it is shown that she cares deeply about her friends and other people, even Ayumu though she considers him to be her servant. She does not like the word "death" taken lightly especially since her powers can instantly take a person's life. Ayumu often daydreams about her speaking in a cutesy manner. She resurrected The King of the Night as a zombie, but eventually killed him before the start of the series. It is revealed that when she was younger, she was able to speak without the consequences of magic.
