Wendy can eat air, but can't heal as well in polluted areas. Her magic allows her to heal people from the most serious of injuries, even those caused by a dragon, allowing her to use even a kiss to heal other people and can even counteract other magic; however, there seems to be a limit to how much she can use.
Hayama Shirakumo (白雲�ヤマ, Shirakumo Hayama) is a j�nin of Konohagakure that protected its borders after the Invasion of Konoha. Hayama has long dull purple hair held in a ponytail. He also has a scar running down the right side of his mouth. He wears the standard Konoha shinobi outfit, albeit his uniform has short sleeves. He also wears a pair of fingerless gloves and carries a thin katana strapped horizontally to his back. Hayama is very adept at Kenjutsu. With his sword he can use the Vacuum Sword technique which was able to fend off many Iwagakure ninja as well as weapons. He is assigned to patrol the northern borders along with Tekuno, Naruto Uzumaki, and Kosuke Maruboshi after the Invasion of Konoha. Not long after they were ambushed by a battalion of ninja from Iwagakure. Hayama stayed behind to allow the other members of the squad time to escape and report to the village. He summoned a crossbow with explosive tags attached to the projectiles and along with Tekuno wiped out the majority of the ninja. Together the team was able to wipe out dozens of Iwa ninja. He is seen alongside his fellow village ninja aiding in the restoration of the village after Pain's invasion.
Captain of Division 2 of SV.2. He seems quite laid back and very nice but is an extremely capable officer. He has a razor sharp perception and is highly subtle and manipulative. It was rumored that because of this, the top officials in the police force assigned him to SV.2 for fear he might ruffle too many feathers. Seishu High 3rd year, member of the boxing club. He sends a lot of love-letters to Aoba, but she keeps rejecting him. He appears in episode 14 and in Volume 6, chapter 43 of the manga.
Narumi is the leader of the North block of the prison and is of the Four Emperors. He used to be an assassin. His closest person in the jail was Asa, who admired him. Narumi likes to fight dirty, so he used dirty tricks in his fight with Riki Oh. He even went to the extent to cut his own stomach and choke Riki Oh with his intestines.
Maid Spirit Virgo. She initially had a contract with Everlue, but after he was arrested the contract broke. She handed her key to Happy and told him to give it to Lucy. She is then called by Lucy to help them out of a situation. She explains that since she's a spirit, she takes the form that her master desires, so when she was bound to Everlue, she had a big woman form, according to her masters likes. When she is bound to Lucy, she takes a more visually appealing form.
