Kazuya's older sister, and the same age as her cousin Ky�suke. She is rather tomboyish, and both Komatsu and Hatta are intimidated by her. Akane can use "The Power" to make people see illusions. She has only been seen using this power to make herself appear as different people; it is unknown if she can create other types of illusions. The illusions appear to be both aural and visual. In the manga, this power works only on the person it is directed towards, so it is probably a mixture of telepathy and hypnosis, elements of "The Power" which have been demonstrated in other members of the Kasuga family. In the anime she uses it on both Hatta and Komatsu at the same time. In the manga she develops a crush on Madoka, to the point of giving Kyosuke a hickey while dreaming about Madoka. This leads to more than a few situations where she creates an illusion of herself as Kyosuke in an attempt to determine just how the two of them feel about each other. Most of these situations end poorly for her and surprisingly, positively for Kyosuke. In the anime Akane has the same powers that Ky�suke and the twins have, in addition to her illusion power. It is never indicated if this is true in the manga. Akane's appearance in the manga and anime are quite different. In the manga she looks like a cross between Kurumi and Manami. In the anime her hair is shorter and darker, her face is more stark, and she has violet eyes. Akane only appeared in two of the OVAs (where she is shown to be rather infatuated with Madoka), and never in the TV series. She appears considerably more often in the manga, almost being a regular.
Age: 18 Old female cat. Though her name is Alice, she is often called Admiral. She is much stronger than she looks and is very intelligent. She wants very much to fly on a plane an often tries to sneak into planes but usually to no avail.
In the Manga During the final part of the manga Doctor makes both T�ma and Mundock go berserk. Under Doctor's control through nanomachines, Touma tries to attack Eve but Kevin stands in the way and is pierced instead of Eve, and after that they attack Train and River, and eventually Eve takes River's place, and both invent a plan for Eve to destroy the nanomachines that control the two. In the Anime e see him face off against the Apostle of the Stars, together with the sweepers from the Alliance. However, none of the sweepers reaches the Apostles' castle, so the scene where both him and Mundock are controlled by Doctor does not take place. Source: Wikipedia
He is a former clergyman who murders nineteen people before going to jail. He is later broken out by the Apostles, and he gains the ability to decay and rot anything that comes into contact with his body. He can also extend his aura to effect the surrounding area. Kevin McDougall is a sweeper that together with Train, Sven, Eve, River, and other sweepers, forms the Sweeper Alliance. He handles two revolvers, and his looks are those of a cowboy, except with a bit of "urban" style. In the manga, he helps Eve after she battles with Leon by carrying her. He is stabbed by Touma, but manages to survive.
In the Manga Annette is an information broker and former sweeper who seems to have some old ties with Sven. She operates the Cait-Sith Cafe, an occasional haunt of Train and his companions. The name of her cafe, Cait Sith is a mythological reference. She is beaten up by Durham when he comes looking for Train for a duel and doesn't find him around. In the Anime Pretty much the same, except Durham in the anime does not meet her.
Developed the Nadesico's Phase Transition system for Nergal on Mars before it was invaded; when the ship returned to the planet, she came aboard, stating that the surviving colonists refused to leave, believing the ship would soon be destroyed; however, an attack immediately afterwards forced the grounded Nadesico to raise its shields, crushing the underground colonists and leaving her the only survivor. It it later revealed that Inez is actually Ai-chan from Mars, at the start of the series, when the Jovian Lizards were attacking Mars. She escaped the same was Akito did, but far into the past, so far that she ages into a woman by the next time Akito sees her.
