The third goddess to be revealed in the series who resides in Tsukiyo's body but mostly in her doll Luna. Unlike her sisters, Vulcanus is almost blind, almost deaf and can't walk but she can move and possess objects telepathically. When Vulcanus takes over Tsukiyo's body, her hair becomes darker. During Keima search of the Jupiter Sisters by getting reacquainted with his past conquest, Vulcanus catches Keima getting friendly with Shiori through Luna. Angered with the rumors that Keima is dating Kanon and now catching him three timing with Shiori behind Tsukiyo's back, Vulcanus vows to punish Keima to protect Tsukiyo by killing him but he manages to evade her attacks and confront Tsukiyo herself. Despite her efforts, Tsukiyo believes Keima's sincerity and Vulcanus reluctantly stops attacking Keima. She is the role model and best friend of Elsie, though in the beginning, she refuses the fact that she and Elsie are friends. She is the District Chief of Area 32 in Nagumo City. As the valedictorian of her entire grade level, she was considered as one of the most intelligent students, although it has been shown that she is not among the best members of the Runaway Spirit Squad Haqua is shown to be very harsh on herself. She is aggressive, but has a soft spot for close friends, such as Elsie. She grew up as independent person and is reluctant to accept help from others. She also goes to great lengths to conceal faults in order to maintain her reputation. For example, in the beginning she lied to Elsie about capturing 10 spirits even though she had yet to capture any. Nora has also stated more than one time that Haqua is too honest and trusts others too easily. Haqua's abilities in capturing spirits are not very good for being a District Chief. In her first appearance, she met Keima and Elsie while trying to capture a loose soul that she had previously failed to capture. After being assigned a buddy, Haqua was able to capture 4 spirits within a week because of her partner's method of capturing. She has a very unique battle style, with her body movement and the usage of her scythe. Haqua can use more spells than Elsie, as shown by her ability to burn her enemies or anyone she dislikes. She is shown to be very book-smart. Haqua has even shown to be able to make her scythe emit azure flames. This power seems to stem from the scythe itself as even after Haqua got fired, she is still able to use this skill. Her power over her scythe is skillful enough that she is able to control the flames to be used as a mid-range projectile. The flames are also hot enough to melt and destroy a Vintage communicator in seconds. In terms of her hagoromo skills, Haqua -like Elsie- is able to fly, create dolls and change the appearances of objects. Haqua can also do video playbacks of the past, averaging at most a few days to gather any information when needed. This skill is apparently unique only to her. Haqua is also skillful with spells she learned during her school days as even after being fired from the Runaway Spirit Squad and no longer having the hagoromo, Haqua is still able to fly at high velocity by managing 20 different types of spells at the same time. Ten years later, when she and her mother visits Keima's house over the summer vacation, Tenri is exactly the same as before: the reserved nature and hairstyle, and the bubble wrap in her hands. At first, it is believed Tenri possesses a runaway spirit within her, who manifests as a much more confident, strong, stoic version of herself with eyes visible. She is able to switch with the other personality at any time, or communicate with her in her head, and vice-versa. The other personality, if not in possession of the shared body at the time, can communicate to other people including Tenri through her reflection via a reflective surface. The personality reveals to Keima that her existence is not a "Weiss" (former name for runaway spirits, but those that were responsible for ending the Old Hell, and sealing away all the runaway spirits). The entity, named Diana, merged with Tenri during a school trip, when Tenri and Keima were trapped in an underground cave and surrounded by many runaway spirits, enabling the two to escape. In terms of clothing, Amami wore a light yellow one-piece dress she wears a head-band with golden wings. Her cosplay apprently also have two large fake wings behind her, like an angel. She is also shown wearing a cross. When she's not in her day-dreaming mode, she wore a dull colored jacket and a a skirt. Her hair is also tied up. Amami was born in a very wealthy family and being the only child, she was very muched loved by her family, sadly, she is loved too much that she was forced to follow a set of family regulations that heavily restricts her own freedom in the process. Any penalty that was unacceptable will result in the form of a "Minus Check" on Amami. To escape from this, Amami initailly read storybooks and manga for children but was compromised by her parents. As a result, Amami begins to cosplay as an angel to escape from her stress and pain. Amami, in the eyes of most people gave a cheerful and optimistic impression, she is shown to be quite oblivious to her surroundings, literally shown by her eccentric actions of wandering about. She also decides things on a whim such as going to Dean Land where she feels is the most likely to have the "Eternal Plus" she's looking for. However, this was shown to be a facade she made up. The true Amami is more or less, depressed. Due to her despotic treatment from her parents, Amami developed her fantasy world of finding the "Eternal Plus" as a way of making her deal with the constant "Minus checks" her parents gave her. Despite this, Amami fully knows that her visions are all a part of her imagination and subconsciousness of her wanting to be freed from her parents as she herself said that her stories had flaws. Despite looking listless, Amami is actually very careful of her surroundings, especially the boys. She knew that her looks are bound to attract boys and purposely uses strange sentences like "… I’m an angel. I’m looking for an ‘eternal plus’. Do you know what it is?" and she would usally scare off the boys and protect herself. Lastly, Amami is also kind-hearted as she saved Keima from a fire that happened in a cafe despite knowing the risks of she being trapped in there and her parents finding out her habits. She even had plans to visit Keima in the hospital if not for her parents.
