The oldest Armed Librarian, and one of the five strongest armed librarians. Her job is to instruct trainee Armed Librarians. Her kind and friendly personality has earned the trust and love of most of the armed librarians. She mainly uses bare hand to hand combat. She has tremendous strength, which she uses to lift large and heavy objects easily. Her magic ability is time control, which she uses to change the time flow of any objects in her visual range. A mysterious man who requests fights with strong fighters with the hope of dying in the process. However when he meets Noloty, she insists on saving him and gradually uncovers the secret behind his identity. Zatoh is an evil book eater, one who can absorb the books of other people and take on their powers or memories. He absorbed Enrique Bishilie's book but unlike many others, Enrique's soul can take control of his body for an extended period and uses this as a chance to emerge and put an end to his and Zatoh's existence. With Noloty's and his friends' (inside Zatoh's stomach) help, Enrique successfully destroyed Zatoh's personality and permanently took over his body as well as his powers.
The queen of the witch world, known as Lumina in English and simply Hexenkönigin in German. She is surprising and kind hearted. She helps Doremi and her friends out as they pass tests to become real witches. She is actually Yuki, the nurse in Doremi's school
The Great will of he Macrocosm is a deus ex machina character used to revive dead characters, or revert the show to a previous state when things go awry. She has the form of a wormhole with human arms and legs, and speaks in a proper manner. Appears only in the anime adaptation.
The spirit of Early Education appears whenever Kaa-san shows that she is lacking in educating her kids at home. He comes complete with a fairy wand, tutu, and a catchy theme song that will stay with you forever.
