Glycina is the monster that appears in the beginning of the Sailor Moon R movie. On their way to school, the senshi find that the people in the streets of Tokyo have had their energy drained, and have become like zombies. The people begin to attack the senshi, but the senshi realize that strange plants are attached to the people, and that the plants are controlling their zombie-like actions. Rei uses her ofuda to destroy the plants, and Usagi feels relieved to have defeated the zombies. Ami, however, points out that whatever energy source is using the flowers to control people is still in the vicinity. She uses her mini computer to find the source of the energy, and discovers a pink flower, Glycina. Upon discovering the flower, it turns into a large monster with six green legs. Glycina spots ChibiUsa, who is standing alone, and dashes toward her. Just before reaching the young girl, Usagi dives to grab ChibiUsa, crashing through a store window. Rei attempts using her ofuda, but both she and Ami are caught, and the monster begins draining their energy. Luna instructs Minako and Makoto to transform. They do so; Sailor Venus attacks with her "Venus Love Me Chain" and Sailor Jupiter attacks with her "Sparkling Wide Pressure," freeing their friends, who then transform as well. After a short fight, Glycina catches the four senshi in her vine-like arms and begins to drain their energy. Sailor Moon uses her tiara to cut the vines and free the senshi. Sailor Mars uses her "Burning Mandala" attack, and Sailor Mercury uses her "Shine Aqua Illusion" attack to freeze Glycina, giving Sailor Moon the opportunity to kill Glycina with "Moon Princess Halation." It turns out that the girls locked Fuuka up in the school gymnasium, where she accidentally became trapped in Tartarus. SEES takes part in a dangerous mission to rescue her. In Tartarus, Fuuka is awakened to the reality of her Persona power. At the same time, Natsuki, one of the girls who bullied Fuuka, wanders into the school to see if Fuuka is alright. Fuuka who ends up saving Natsuki in spite of all that Natsuki did to her, and they both become fast friends afterwards even though Natsuki has no memory of the incident. Under Natsuki and SEES' influence, Fuuka changes from a shy and isolated girl into a strong-willed, compassionate young woman. Both her Persona and her hacking skills manifest her desire to always be connected to her friends. Fuuka is one of the girls that the Main Character can date over the course of the game. Since dating Fuuka involves tasting her horrible cooking, Main Character must maximize his courage statistic before he can ask her out. Age: 17 (18) Date of Birth: May 8th, 1991 Zodiac: Taurus Height: 166 cm (5'4") Blood Type: O Initial Persona: Penthesilea Ultimate Persona: Artemisia Weapons: Rapier Mitsuru is the only child of the current head of the Kirijo Group, Takeharu Kirijo. At the beginning of the game she stays behind as a Support character, offering analysis and advice. She joins the party in battle only after the discovery of Fuuka Yamagishi, whose analysis power is much stronger than Mitsuru's. Throughout the game, Mitsuru hides many details about Tartarus and the Dark Hour from the group, due to feelings of guilt over her family's involvement in the accident that created them. Since it was her grandfather who was responsible for everything, she feels that the problem rests on her shoulders. After Ikutsuki kills her father, she loses all her will to fight, since restoring the family honor is meaningless without a family. Fortunately, Mitsuru regains her resolve thanks to some intervention from Yukari. Mitsuru is one of the girls that Main Character can date over the course of the game. In order to attract such an ambitious young woman he must maximize his intellect statistic, and rank first in his class for at least one exam. While Mitsuru herself has not made any sort of appearance in the anime sequel, Persona -trinity soul-, a young girl bearing an uncanny resemblance to her is shown in the first episode bringing one of her fingers up much like the Main Character did near the end of the game.
