Dorii and Guraa are twin archers serving under Oboro. They are talented archers and often lead archer groups in Hakuoro's army. There are few ways to tell them apart. For one, Dorii has purple eyes while Guraa's are blue. Also, the bottom part of Dorii's clothes are blue while with Guraa they are red. You really can't make them separate characters since they're always side by side. They are somewhat androgynous, and as such their gender is difficult to ascertain, even by other characters. In the game, they reveal they are male, in the anime their gender isn't revealed.
Ditzy principal of the school. She is the one that allowed Takeru, Haruno, Inaho, and Himegami to all live under the same roof. She brandishes incredible power and control over element as she was able to break through amazingly powerful barriers, with her bare hands, thanks to nothing more than, in her own words, her "fighting spirit". She was in the maken-ki of the school before it became an all girl's school.
Haruka's younger sister, She initially sees both Takayuki and Mitsuki as older siblings until she finds out they have been seeing each other behind Haruka's back. While Haruka is in the hospital, she visits every day since there is no one else that can keep her company, even if Haruka is in a coma. This shows just how much she loves her older sister. She, like Mitsuki, is a powerful swimmer in her own right, but feels as if she can never match Mitsuki. Her intense hatred towards Mitsuki after the accident can be attributed to the feeling of personal betrayal by someone she considered an idol for throwing away her (Mitsuki's) talent and dreams as well as Mitsuki's betrayal of her sister by her sexual relationship with Takayuki. Being a shy, timid girl, Haruka is set up with Takayuki by her friend, Mitsuki, while she is in high school. The two quickly become close, and develop an intimate relationship. She takes in an interest in collecting picture books. Very early on in the series, she is involved in a serious car accident and ends up in a coma. The main thrust of the story begins when she awakens three years later. She is afflicted with anterograde amnesia, and because of her delicate psyche, her family and Takayuki conceal the truth that three years have passed, which forms much of the tension in the series. Lunar is a childhood friend and rival of Sun. She has used the powers of her mermaid voice to become a pop star idol singer. She seems to suffer from a superiority complex, and she never passes up an attempt to overshadow Sun. She initially thought that Sun was boasting Nagasumi to her, and in an attempt to outdo Sun she decides to steal him away from her by making Nagasumi her servant, since Nagasumi has also seen her mermaid form. Kai is the richest boy in Japan, the fourteen-year-old son of the head of the multi-million dollar Mikawa Corporation. He rivals Nagasumi for Sun's hand in marriage. He is a killer whale from another mermaid group. Strangely while Sun and Lunar are shown in Mermaid form (torso of a human and tail of a fish) whenever they fail to maintain their human forms, Mikawa is shown as an entire Killer Whale when he succumbs to the effect of water. He also has agoraphobia, which is why he travels only in submarines and wears an astronaut's suit in open spaces. While looking for a servant he befriends Saru.
