Enya Geil is one of Dio's most loyal supporters, and the one who originally gave him the Stand Arrow, which she obtained from Diavolo. She is the mother of J. Geil. Her stand is Justice, which is able to control people through their wounds, whether alive or dead. For legal reasons, her name is changed in the American version of both the game and the manga, to N-Yah Gail and Enyaba Geil respectively. In the OVA: She is able to change her appearance from that of a young woman to an old lady at will. No explanation as to why is ever given.
ZZ is an assassin hired by Dio. His stand is represented by the Wheel of Fortune tarot card. For most of the battle, the only thing we see of him is an extremely muscular arm. His arms are the only thing that's muscular about his body, though. The rest of him is comically small.

(Which, not coincidentally, is where Gintama is published). Gintoki will go to great lengths to get the latest Jump issue, to the point of reckless behavior. His Jump obsession makes him dream of being like other Jump heroes, including wishing that he had a "Bankai" similar to the characters of Bleach. Despite his appearance and initial behavior, Gintoki has a great amount of pride for the old bushido code. He takes it upon himself to rescue or avenge not only his comrades and friends but also people he's barely acquainted with, be it a pit-fighter who was taking care of abandoned orphans or an Amanto who resembles a kappa. Despite being a fearsome fighter with nearly unmatched skills, he avoids needless bloodshed after suffering the loss of most of his friends and allies during the Joui war. Age: 16-17 Ei Sei is the king of Qin who bears a striking resemblance to Shin's friend Hyou. His father was the late king, but his mother did not have any royal blood. Ei Sei seems level headed but somewhat cold. When Shin was going to let Jo Kan leave, Ei Sei kills the assassin without remorse. However, he does care at least a little bit about those loyal to him.
Teng is Wang Qi's aide and seems to be an army man himself. He is the only one who actually has any idea what Wang Qi's plans are.
A merchant who ranked up as Qin's Right Chancellor. Shortly after he is introduced, it is revealed that he is planning to keep his army in Wei until Ei Sei dies, then storm Qin's capital of Xianyang, denouncing Seikyo as a tyrant and taking the throne for himself.
