As her story progresses it is revealed that she's having a hard time with her father since she wants to take over the ramen store, however her father doesn't want her to work in since his father wants her to have a better life. Even though she works hard to make a ramen (which tastes awful) her father won't acknowledge her hard work. However, in the end, with Keima and Erushia secretly helping her, her father finally decided to give the restaurant to Sumire. As thanks for Keima's help she gave him a bowl of ramen and surprisingly kissed him in the lips which reveals that she likes Keima.

She is often alone and lost in her own thoughts. Minami loves swimming and she is in the school's Swimming Club. However, even in her final year of junior high, she was only able to get picked as the third sub in the Swimming Team. When she thought about giving up the sport and moving on like what her friends are doing, Minami was startled to see tears coming out of her eyes. After school at night time, she comes across Keima in the school's pool, who swam with a surprisingly beautiful yet perfect style (which later turned out to be a ruse by Keima using Elsie's feather cloth). Sakura is a girl from the country Kino visited in the last episode of the anime series. She shares many similarities to Kino, such as her parents also owning an inn. In the English version of the anime series, her name is changed to Lily in order to preserve the explanation that her name, pronounced slightly differently, becomes an insult. Dokurou Skull is hell's branch chief of "counter measures". She assigned Elsie to capture spirits in the human world and sent Keima Katsuragi the contract letter. She is suspected of being a member of Vintage. It is later revealed in episode 10 that Dokurou is not part of Vintage, and saves Haqua from the vast Vintage network inside of New Hell.

He seems to have huge affection and obsession towards her and whenever she is insulted or ridiculed, he enters either an extreme state of depression or a burst of anger.
A Goddess that resides in Tenri, she exhibits characteristics of a tsundere and pure maiden; whenever she is in possession of Tenri's body, there is a halo above her head. She and her sisters—so called "Sisters of Jupiter"—sacrificed themselves to seal the Old Hell. As a "being from the heaven" she requires the power of love to grow, for it is the source of their energy. To obtain more power, Diana asks Keima to marry Tenri. Later on in the manga it is revealed that she doesn't grow wings because she herself develops feelings for Keima, but in the anime she grew wings after her failed attempt to have Keima kiss her.
