Himeko is vice president of the Cultural Research Club. She excels in gathering information and analysis, possessing private data on each of the club members. She's calm and logical, but she's actually a bit clumsy, so her difficulty with roundabout phrasings causes her to surprise many of those around her with her blunt statements. It's revealed that she's actually a very sensitive girl, and scared of losing or hurting her friends. She starts dating Taichi in volume 4. Taichi describes their relationship as "platonic," and they mean to be soul mates. Himeko has even tried on rings with him while on a date.

Lunar is a childhood friend and rival of Sun. She has used the powers of her mermaid voice to become a pop star idol singer. She seems to suffer from a superiority complex, and she never passes up an attempt to overshadow Sun. She initially thought that Sun was boasting Nagasumi to her, and in an attempt to outdo Sun she decides to steal him away from her by making Nagasumi her servant, since Nagasumi has also seen her mermaid form. Kai is the richest boy in Japan, the fourteen-year-old son of the head of the multi-million dollar Mikawa Corporation. He rivals Nagasumi for Sun's hand in marriage. He is a killer whale from another mermaid group. Strangely while Sun and Lunar are shown in Mermaid form (torso of a human and tail of a fish) whenever they fail to maintain their human forms, Mikawa is shown as an entire Killer Whale when he succumbs to the effect of water. He also has agoraphobia, which is why he travels only in submarines and wears an astronaut's suit in open spaces. While looking for a servant he befriends Saru. Height: 148 cm Mawari is the daughter of the chief of police in Nagasumi's hometown, and a childhood friend of Nagasumi, who she has a crush on. She takes it upon herself to act as a moderator of social behavior, and often reprimands Nagasumi for some of his actions. * First appearance: Battle 146 * Type: Sei * Type: Satsujin Ken * Martial Arts: Savate Christopher Eclair is a member of Yami's Assassination Division and a master class user of Savate. He has a rather effeminate appearance and hairstyle and is often mistaken for a woman. He has grey hair and wears a dark red coat with white gloves and has blue pants and dark boots. He is rather vain and blunt as his first response when arriving in Japan was how dirty it was. He also has no problem using human shields, especially when it comes to using the elderly and children, something Shio Sakaki hated him and Mycroft for when they worked together for the United States. He is also somewhat sadistic as he claims to enjoy killing, because he finds it fun. He has no problem in kidnapping children such as Kenichi or killing anyone in his way. Christopher also has female aids work alongside him on missions and has them all wear the same perfume as him. Christopher appeared when he was assigned to kill Gauche Wynne. Gauche hired Sakaki to act as his bodyguard while he brought Kenichi along to help teach him about Yami. At first Eclair attacked Gauche's limo, but discovered he wasn't there. He then discovered that Sakaki had taken Gauche on a train to throw off Christopher, but he managed to find them and board the train. Sakaki and Christopher began to fight, but Sakaki was put at a disadvantage because Eclair continually used children as shields to distract Sakaki. After infuriating Sakaki by threatening Kenichi, Christopher was punched off the train only to have captured Kenichi for a hostage trade. Christopher later has Sakaki meet him at the twin towers and drop off Gauche at the opposite tower while he waited with Kenichi in the other. Sakaki dropped off Miu, disguised as Gauche, and jumped from one tower to the other and fought against Eclair, until Gauche distracted him and Eclair tossed him through a window and down to the street. Eclair then fought both Kenichi and Miu, who arrived with Sakaki as backup, and nearly killed them had not Sakaki arrived in time and, mistaking the scene as Christopher's rape of Miu, thoroughly pummeled him. He was defeated and sent to a police hospital, where he escaped authorities and left Japan.
First appearance: Battle 157 Age: 17 Type: Dou Type: Satsujin Ken Martial Arts: Chinese Kenpo (Zuì Quán) Li Raichi is the daughter of Li Tenmon and a practitioner of the Drunken Fist of the Eight Immortals. Raichi is a young short girl with long bright pink hair down to her waist that she has tied up in two pigtails and green eyes. She wears a tight red battle outfit when she fought Kenichi when she's labeled as Spark that has shoulder blades and knee-pads giving her a type of skater appearance and has gloves. For casual wear to look more normal, she's has been seen in a light yellow top and a green miniskirt and sandals. When she first met Kenichi, she showed to be a kind and cheerful person and a bit playful. Like Kenichi, Raichi loves flowers and was interested on how Kenichi new so much about it. In battle, Raichi was originally very aggressive and brutal in combat, showing no mercy to Kisara or the other member of Shinpaku Alliance. She was also quiet, rarely speaking unless she chose to. She can also be taunting, making fun of Kisara for having small breasts by groping her own. She is also insulted that Kenichi wouldn't hurt her due to her being a girl, stating it shouldn't matter in a fight. However, unlike her father, she doesn't desire to kill others and only wants to end things peacefully and only knock out her enemies. When Kenichi tried to end things peacefully due to him seeing how kind she is deep down from their time from before, Raichi, moved by his compassion, sheds tears of sadness over her situation of having to kill him and choose to give up revealing that deep down she doesn't want to kill others and is forced to thanks to Yomi. After her fight with Kenichi, Raichi has become much nicer and friendly and more helpful such as helping Kenichi and Miu take out the bomb on the ship where Diego Carlo was fighting. Also, she seems to have developed a crush on Kenichi, such as blushing around him and grabbing his arm after the fight, causing Miu to get jealous. Having been trained in Chinese Kenpo for a long time, Raichi is a very strong opponent for her age. So much that she was able to easily overwhelm the Shinpaku main members such as Kisara, Ukita and even Siegfried with ease (albeit he held his own until he was distracted by her sparks). Even against Kenichi she was able to put up a good fight and give him a hard time (though this was due to his refusal to hurt women). Due to her size, she's very agile and able to outmaneuver her enemies with ease.
