Major Hilgreitz is first seen taking care of a group of men trying to desert the gang they're members of. He has the ability to Burst with a Excadrill. Hilgreitz becomes excited at the idea of battling someone else who's able to Burst like he can. He challenges Ryouga to a battle after he and Miruto finish climbing the top of Mt. Serabales. Even though he is smart, Sergeant Murasaki (Sergeant Purple in the Viz manga) loses to Goku after a long, drawn out, somewhat farcical fight. He uses several ninja tricks to which Goku counters in his own kooky way. Even when he "split" into 5 Murasakis (the Murasakis were just 5 identical brothers with Sergeant Murasaki as the oldest), Goku was still able to defeat him. After the fight he tries to unleash Android 8 upon Goku, or he would destroy Android 8. Android 8 refuses, and Goku knocks out Murasaki before he could do anything. In a filler scene in the anime, Murasaki eventually goes after Dr. Frappe and Android 8, but was presumably killed when Goku unintentionally tossed No. 8's bomb onto Murasaki's cheek.

The former Commander-in-Chief of the GHQ. General Yan is in charge of the GHQ forces in Japan except the Anti Bodies led by Shuichiro. He is the father of Daryl Yan but does not like his son, believing Daryl may not be his biological son and has an affair with his secretary, Emily. Upon discovering Shuichiro's theft of the meteorite that caused the Apocalypse virus from a GHQ facility, the General has Shuichiro put under house arrest and plan to have the meteorite transported overseas, hoping this act will bring his political ambitions to become President of the United States come true. But in the midst of the rebellion by Shuichiro and the Antibodies, General Yan and his staff are killed by Daryl after he learns about his father's affair.
Major Jack Barbarossa Bancoran of the British MI6, nicknamed "Bish�nen Killer" for his ability to seduce young men with just his eyes. Women are also attracted to him, but the only woman he's shown even moderate interest in is Etrange, Patalliro's mother. Meeting Patalliro has changed his existence; after playing bodyguard to the most annoying person he's ever met, he's now living with Maraich, who tried to kill him, and their son Figaro. Bancoran is known for his blue eyeshadow (purple in Patalliro Saiyuki), his long black hair, and the fact that he never takes off his gloves, even in bed. His name comes from Henri Bencolin.
