Noi is introduced in the second series. He was first shown in dragon form being pursued by Michael's Red Dragon form. He first met Shu and Bouquet and used his powers to reawaken their shadows when they are attacked by Rosekstan soldiers and Michael's Red Dragon form. He does have a rivalry with Marumaro when he meets him and reawakens his shadow. He is later revealed to be an 'Investiture Being,' but Shu, Bouquet, and Marumaro are okay with that. When it comes to the final fight with Rudolph, Noi unleashes his full power and matures his dragon form. He manages to fight Rudolph until the Shu/Blue Dragon recovers. After Rudolph is destroyed, Noi leaves with Lota and Hildegard. Noi has a baby black dragon form. Noi rarely turns into his dragon form to fight, but he often merges with Blue Dragon to form a powerful version of him with a forcefield ability. His dragon form later matures during the fight with Rudolph in his flying castle. (source: wikipedia)

Sonnet is a 16 year old esper cyborg soldier with silver hair (though it is blue in the OAV) who works as a scout for Talon. Her mother is from Puerto Rico and her father is Caucasian-Russian. She was raised in the slums of New York. When she was about 13 years old, her latent esper abilities began randomly manifesting themselves, causing people to label her a "witch" or a "devil child", and this caused her mother to have to turn to prostitution for money. She was tricked into believing her mother was going to be killed, which caused her latent esper powers to fully manifest. Because of this, she now works as a scout for Talon, mercilessly hunting down espers such as Lan. Her interaction and blooming friendship with Lan and others at the school, however, has caused her to remember her humanity and she begins to question her loyalties to Talon. She finally learns from Lan's boyfriend Bird what real love is.

Yasuko is a popular third-year senior at Matsuoka Girl's High School. She is a cool upperclassman and the captain of the basketball team, though Fumi mistakes her for being in the Literature Club when they first meet. She has almost a star status in Matsuoka and Fujigaya (more so in Fujigaya). She insists on involving Fumi in her visits to Akira's school. Her initial reason was to pawn off the role of Heathcliff to Fumi who is almost as tall as she is, but Yasuko soon grows a deeper interest in her. After visiting Fujigaya Girls Academy and rejecting Kyouko's confession, she asks Fumi out, who accepts. Yasuko enjoys the arts immensely, as she is shown being a very good artist, is an exceptional actor and reads profusely. Her accomplished aura could be a result of the subconscious conditioning she received as a child. Being the youngest Sugimoto sister, she often had to listen to the praises that Shinako, Kazusa and Kuri received. Despite being seen as personable and likeable in public, Yasuko is unintentionally bratty and sullen at home and is often in contention with her third eldest sister Kuri who provokes her. Yasuko is aware that Fumi is a "rebound" from her first unrequited love for Kagami, her sister's boyfriend, and apologizes to the younger girl for using her as an emotional outlet. Yasuko breaks up with Fumi after claiming that until she herself can become a better person, she does not want to be involved with another. She graduates without Fumi's forgiveness and leaves to study in England where she is rooming with a fellow actress from Fujigaya's production of Wuthering Heights.

Kagami is a teacher at Fujigaya Girls' Academy. Unlike a vast majority of the traditional teachers in the elite girls' school, he is very young and so has the attention of many of the students. He is in charge of the Drama Club however does not mentor the students nor guide the club activities, though he shows up every now and then to show support for the members. The older girls in the acting troupe often make fun of him for being worse than a ghost member despite being the club's advisor. Kagami knows Sugimoto Yasuko personally as he is engaged to her second eldest sister, Sugimoto Kazusa. He is aware of Yasuko's feelings for him as she wrote him a letter and confessed to him. He turned her down and feels a little awkward being around her. He does not like to talk about the event, often trying to make jokes to lessen the magnamity of the situation. He later finds out on his wedding day that Sugimoto Kuri (the third eldest Sugimoto sister) also was in love with him, and he tries to laugh it off as well. Despite winning the hearts of many girls and women, he is a very simple person with an affable demeanour, which is possibly what catches people off-guard about his personality and makes them warm up to him. He has a habit of speaking without thinking. He off-handedly gave Yasuko the nickname "Mistress of the Library;" a name which she holds in high regard.

Kou is Ikumi Kyouko's cousin and fiancé. He is older than she is and often, much to her chagrin, tries to take care of her. He is dependable and mature, though Kyouko claims that he is not. His attempts to get closer to Kyouko often backfire and she ends up resenting him more, though it was clear that they were very close growing up. Kou sees that their relationship is very strained and even goes so far as to suggest calling off the engagement, since he would rather not be hated by Kyouko who he harbours feelings for still. He meets Okudaira Akira on a group date and finds her to be cute though childish. He eventually keeps bumping into her and spends enough time with her for people to start speculating that there is something going on between them.

The mother of the four famous Sugimoto sisters. She is at a more mature age than the other parents in the series, as she has three adult daughters and one who is in her last year at high school. Perhaps due to her age, she is wiser and less surprised by things. She is a little shocked when Yasuko announces that Fumi is her girlfriend, though most of this might have come from the news that her youngest is actually dating rather than the fact that they're both girls, as she quickly gets over her surprise. She is very open-minded and accepting as seen during the talk she, Shinako, Kazusa and Kuri have about the nature of Yasuko and Fumi's relationship. She even suggests rather casually that Yasuko might have already had sex with Fumi as far as they know (much to the exasperation and embarrassment of the elder daughters). It thus seems that Yasuko's lifestyle does not bother her. It appears that she was quite popular just as her daughters were back in her "glory days" and her daughters often make fun of her for regaling visitors with stories from her past, citing that she will take any opportunity to talk about her youth.
