Sifr is an energetic girl and the main character in Mai-Otome 0~S.ifr~. She is the future queen of Wind Bloom, and also Nina Wáng's (Mai-Otome) biological mother. Her mother, Elena, died when she was young. She is 14 in Mai-Otome 0~S.ifr~ and is heading for high school in Aries. She is captured on her train ride to her school by Kiddo, who is working for John Smith and the Schwartz Organization, who are targeting her for a unknown reason. She is saved by Bruce and Lena, and two other Meister Otome, Elliot, and Raquel. Rena continues to look after her and protect her. She dreams of becoming an Otome someday, but failed Garderobe's entrance exam.

A girl seen in Rain's flashbacks. She was Rain's love interest until she was shot by Yuca. She played the violin, the one which Rain carries despite his inability to play. Since she was one of the infected "specimens" of Yuca's experimentations who had not yet transformed, her blood was used to immortalize Rain. Unfortunately for Rain, Freya loved Yuca more. Rain is constantly reminded of her when he's with Machika.

Fremea Seivelun is a character introduced in Shinyaku Toaru Majutsu no Index. She wears a pink, childish dress. She bears a resemblance to Frenda who is her big sister, except younger. She was under the protection of Komaba Ritoku, until his death at the hands of the Accelerator in Volume SS1. She refers to Komaba as Komaba-oniichan, and is unaware of his death. Hanzou appears to be have been taking care of her since. She made a stealth cameo in Volume SS2 chapter 1 when Komaba was being teased by Hamazura and Hanzou for his chivalrous attitude towards an elementary schoolgirl that he saved from a thug that invaded her elementary school. He also was deciding as it went on whether or not to buy a XL-sized Santa outfit and white beard "for almost 10 minutes". Apparently Fremea asked him if Santa Claus existed, according to Hanzou.
