Ash is the Queen's butler who delivers all of the Queen's request to the Phantomhive Head. His appearance is the exact opposite of Sebastian's, where Sebastian has a black suit and hair color, Ash has a white suit and hair color. It is hinted that he might be connected to the organization that killed Ciel's parents as in the new opening he is seen walking away from the burning mansion. He also has the same facial features as Angela. In the manga, he wears large goggles and is known as John. Angela is a maid to the Lord Henry Barymore of Houndsworth, though he treats her poorly in public. Finian initially becomes infatuated with her beauty and seeming gentle kindness... ...until he learns of her true dominatrix personality. She has ties with the organization that killed Ciel's parents, even suggested it might have been her who killed them, and later she is shown to be an angel. Like other members of the organization, she has an obsession of purifying souls filthy with negative emotions, referring to them as Unclean. She appears only in the anime adaption.
Height: 172 cm Souta is a 16-year-old high school student recruited by Popura to become a new employee at the family restaurant Wagnaria. He is enamored by cute things and thus favors Poplar over the other employees due to her cute appearance. He voices his thoughts out loud and occasionally offends his co-workers, often resulting in him getting punished by them. He usually finds his co-workers and the rules of the restaurant to be strange, but he still has an attachment to his job. He is able to adapt quickly to his job at the restaurant. He has three older sisters and it is because of them that caused his dislike for older women as he had been tormented by them all his life. He received hand-me-downs from his sisters when he was young, giving him the appearance of a little girl. He also has a younger sister in elementary school who is almost as tall as he is. Despite his problems, Inami asks Souta to cross-dress, using the name Kotori, when her father comes to visit her at work. He develops feelings for Inami in season 2, but he's unaware of it. In season 3, after much internal conflict, he realizes in episode 10 that he does indeed like Inami. At the end of the series he confesses to Inami and they become a couple.
