Mokkania's mother who died in the past. Mokkania never ceases mourning her death and keeps a piece of her book as memento. She reappeared in Bantorra Library and approached Mokkania. However, this Renas was merely a Meat inserted with her memories in order to fool Mokkania and although he was well-aware of this deception he still rebelled against the Library and committed suicide as repentance for his sin. She then stayed with the Library and befriended Noloty. The following story arc revealed that the Meat woman taking on Renas' identity was Olivia Litlet, formerly a Meat leading a rebellion group against the Church. She later recovered her memories and ran off with Volken. Volken died when they were intercepted by Hamyuts but thanks to his efforts, Olivia had enough time to activate one of the seven war machines, the dancing fairy Yluckluck, and restored memories of love to the Meats throughout the world effectively freeing them from the Church's control.

He appears throughout the story to collect books (of both True Men of the Shindeki Church and Meats) using one of the seven war machines of the past, the Stone Sword of Spent Time Yor. Lascall Othello is merely a physical shell. His true form is the Stone Sword Yor itself. Later on, it took on the form of a little girl and continued to extract books from prominent characters in each story arc. In the last arc, when Ruruta Coozancoona finally emerged to destroy the world and put everyone on earth in eternal sleep, it expressed sorrow at the prospect of this event coming to an uninteresting ending, and sacrificed itself to wake up Mirepoch.
