Oolong is a shapeshifting humanoid pig, standing about three feet tall with pale pink skin, who tends to dress in trousers, button-down shirts, and suspenders. He was expelled from shapeshifting training for stealing the teacher's underwear and lacks the ability to change his form for more than five minutes at a time without a break. With his shapeshifting, Oolong can look like anything at all. Oolong's initial appearance was as a villain who terrorized a village and kidnapped their young women. Son Goku defeated Oolong and the girls were returned to their village. Bulma decided that he might be useful on her Dragonball quest and persuaded him to join their expedition. Eventually he becomes good friends with Goku and the others, and helps them to find more Dragonballs. He plays a large role in the beginning of Dragon Ball, but by the end of Dragon Ball Z, he just shows up from time to time. His poor shapeshifting skills (and innate cowardice) made him a very weak character that didn't have much to do once the tone was shifted to more serious action. In the anime and several movies, he appears quite often as comic relief. He is loosely based on the character Zhu Bajie from the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West.

He is one of the two characters who possess two kinds of Zaiphon, the other being Capella. Labrador is very gentle and kind, and always speaks softly to everyone. He is very patient and almost impossible to anger. Possibly due to his precognitive visions, Labrador often appears dreary or not fully aware of the events happening around him, behaving in a sleepy or dazed manner. However, he still is a capable fighter and can be dangerous when he fights seriously. He is quite a pacifist, objecting to killing even his biggest enemy, even indirectly saving his enemies' lives on one occasion. However, he will not hesitate to kill or gravely injure his opponents under certain circumstances. He also appears to be quite courageous, as he does not get intimidated by even his strongest enemies; seen when he openly challenged Ayanami twice and sardonically told Hyuuga to cut off "whichever [of my limbs] you like". He is the oldest of the bishops and gets along well with all of them. Although the other bishops argue with each other a lot, they almost never raise their voices to Labrador and respect him, even giving him the affectionate nickname "Lab (Rabu)". His relationship with Castor is especially strong, as they spend a lot of time together and have both risked their lives to save one another. He is also the only person who acts friendly towards Lance, who calls him "Master Lab (Rabu-shishou)". His real name is Ilyusha Krat. He was born to the 4th District's God House, a family said to possess accurate abilities for prophecy and a knack for cultivating medicinal plants. Ilyusha had two friends, Lem and Lirin. When Lirin contracted a fatal disease, Lem's desperation made him cry to Ilyusha for the Flower of Eden, a fabled seed that could only blossom by the Krats and that could remove one's suffering. But the Flower of Eden was a cursed plant that entangled and sealed Ilyusha's body, leaving him as a practically dead shell of his former self. The Imperial Army appeared on the scene to exterminate the Flower of Eden because it was a threat, and when they interrogated Lem if he knew anything, Lem denied any relation to Ilyusha. Ilyusha's uncle became crazed and sold incenses cultivated from the seeds of Ilyusha's blossomed flowers of Eden and the flesh of humans hunted by Lem's Wars. After his death, Ilyusha reincarnated as the Ghost, Profe, and began working in the Barsburg Church as Bishop Labrador.
A noel mermaid, who grew up with Castor. She currently sings and plays the organ in the church. Razette can also freely change her face into that of other people. If people eat her scales it allows them to breath underwater. In the anime, she seems to fear Frau, as shown when she cowers behind Teito after Frau greets her. This fact does not exist in the manga. Giovanni is the Team Rocket Boss and a former Viridian City Gym Leader. He is a very ambitious man and is intolerant of failure. Giovanni is shown to have access to vast wealth and resources. The money probably comes from Team Rocket's main source of income — the profit of selling stolen Pokémon. Giovanni also gains a lot of money from smuggling Pokémon, Pokéball trafficking, and other crime rackets. He has Team Rocket operations in both Kanto and Johto.
