The male protagonist of the story, he is basically a weakling with no special powers and lives a very boring life, he often gets bullied by Ayaka's fan club members. After his encounter with Kuraishi, he founds out that Ayaka has been secretly protecting him from the evil "Tower Witches" all the time, and from there on Ayaka has to always accompany him wherever he goes and has even kept him from being bullied by her unofficial fan club. Later on he has asked Ayaka to teach him how to use magic, which she reluctantly did. He is mainly being protected by Kagari and the Workshop Witches from the Tower Witches because of the "White Stuff" within him. In chapter 8, his "white stuff," Evermillion (known as the "White Princess"), is released by Takamiya eating the medicine given by Chronoire in chapter 5. It is revealed in chapter 9 and 10 that Takamiya is essentially the vessel of Evermillion's power.

Kazane is the head of the school. She is Ayaka's mother. She is also the head of the workshop witches in her area where she establishes her workshop in her school. Apparently, she and Chronoire, knew each other for a long time and it was even hinted that they haven't spoken to each other for 130 years which suggest that both she and the latter have been alive for a couple of hundred years since the crusade.
She is a tower witch and one of the "Ivory Quintet" who were tasked to capture Honoka at school.
Patrick is Mickey's wingman back in Vietnam. The Oklahoma native suffered a trauma during a dogfight when he hesitated to fire at an enemy MiG, which led to the development of a panicky dogfight style in which he barrel rolls while firing his guns. Years after the Vietnam war, Patrick becomes a pilot for the enemy of the Kingdom of Asran. During a dogfight against Asran mercenaries, he was gunned down by Mickey. The two talked over the radio, and Patrick said (maybe not exact words), "Finally. I can go back home to Oklahoma to farm again."
