He first appeared in the Lugia saga that comprised of The Mystery is History, A Parent Trapped and A Promise is a Promise. He has since appeared in number of episodes giving Butch and Cassidy their mission briefings, though this was only as a vocal role in all except Oaknapped. People often get his name wrong, much like Butch. For example, he was called Dr. Samba by Cassidy in The Ole' Berate and Switch!. He also has a short temper. Little is known about Namba. Because he does most of his work in a covert fashion, it is possible he is a fugitive from justice. It can be speculated that since he does order scientists and agents within Team Rocket, he is either very knowledgeable about his field or that he has been with the group for a while, climbing the corporate ladder at Team Rocket. Forty is Hitoshi's A.I. Program No. 40 (Nanb� F�ti "Number Forty"), and the first he brought to life on purpose (sort of). Created using both C and Assembly Language, he/she is more powerful than Saati and Toeni combined. Saati and Toeni sneaked a before-it-was-ready look at this new A.I., agreed on an age, twelve, and then argued about the gender and personality and pressed too many buttons at once. The end result was an A.I. that had two modes: a male personality and a female personality within a female body. When Forty-kun, the boy, said "girl", he became Forty-chan, the girl; when Forty-chan said "boy", she became Forty-kun. While each has presumably heard of the other's existence there are only two instances shown in which Forty-chan has some consciousness of Forty-kun; mostly each is blithely unaware of the other. Forty-kun describes himself as a hard-line conservative who is not interested in Hitoshi's porn-based hobbies, an anal-retentive neat-freak, a self-righteous good boy, with a taste for the nicer things in life - Saati's personality choice. Forty-chan describes herself as sensual party girl with a taste for the wild side of things, even going so far as to seduce Hitoshi by using a Hyper Program Option to give herself a more mature body - Toeni's personality choice. Saati wanted a nice little sister, and Toeni wanted a naughty little brother; they both got exactly what they wanted in one form. The third and current Tawananna (queen) of the Hittite Empire who serves as the antagonist of the series. Nakia is a high priestess controlling the element of water and a former princess of Babylonia sent to marry the king of the hitties Suppililiuma at the tender age of fifteen. She despises her family for using her as a peace offering to a king who already has other wives, thus making her last in succession to the throne. She stopped at nothing to gain her status as queen and to this day her mind is filled with revenge on everyone who made her life a hardship. She is also responsible for summoning Yuri into the past, intending to use her as a sacrifice for a death curse targeting the princes in line of succession before her own son. Her only wish is to make her son king of the Hittites, using any scheme necessary either by sending her loyal aide Urhi, or using her powers as a high priestess to mindcontrol people.
