In the same grade of Sawako, he is a middle school student. Now Sawako's ex-boyfriend, he breaks up with her after they are caught in a sexual position together in a classroom.

He first appears in Round III and is in the Northern Country with Yokoya. He then helps Akiyama in secret because he is pissed off with Yokoya. He also decides to continue playing in Round IV.
