Usami, also known by her full name, "Magical Girl Miracle ★ Usami," is a rabbit that appears in Super Dangan Ronpa 2: Farewell Despair Academy. She is later renamed Monomi (モノミ) without consent by Monokuma, whom she was also adopted as a younger sister by. She is the teacher in Hope's Peak Academy and the teacher to Hinata's class. Usami is gentle and kindhearted. As the students' teacher, she encourages them to strengthen their bonds with each other and does not like it when they get into fights. She also emphasizes the importance of caring for the environment, prohibiting the students from throwing trash anywhere on the island. Usami, is, however, an unwitting pawn to Monokuma, often the butt of his jokes. Her favourite phrase is "love, love". She appears at the end of the anime adaption of Danganronpa, but she does not have a role in the story besides saying "I want to meet you all, too!" hinting at a second season.
Birthday: September 2 Height: 133 cm Weight: 69 kg Chest: 88 cm Blood type: A Specialty: Super High-school Level Cook (Chef) VA: Jun Fukuyama (JP), Todd Haberkorn (EN) Hanamura is very lewd and usually can be seen hitting on anyone near him, male and female alike. Similar to Yamada from the previous game, he can react to the slightest innuendo that surfaces in a conversation. Hanamura also has a tendency to place random English words in his speech and insistently tell other people to call him Super High School Level Chef instead of Super High School Level Cook, as it 'gives off a more urban feeling'. When he is not making innuendos or hitting on someone, he is shown to be decently friendly and relatively upbeat. He takes great pride in his cooking, as shown by his offended reaction when it was suggested that Hanamura's cooking had a laxative in it during the first trial. When Monokuma appears before the students along with the Monomechas, Hanamura constantly denies that things around him are actually happening and dismisses them. Hanamura is the killer in Chapter 1. After he found out Komaeda's plan to kill someone in the party, Teruteru tried his best to kill Komaeda during the blackout, but instead, accidentally killed Togami. Teruteru himself believed in the Monokuma's theory more than anyone, and wanted to get out to see his mother again. It is implied during the despair arc that Teruteru is bisexual.
Birthday: February 22 Height: 198 cm Weight: 122 kg Chest: 122 cm Blood Type: A Specialty: Super High-school Level Coach Nidai is a vigorous, openhearted student who is passionate about supporting athletes but suffers from dyspepsia (AKA indigestion.) He shouts a lot but for his own reasons. He is close to Akane Owari and trains with her a lot. As a coach, he trained a lot of good players including figure skaters that can perform 6 revolutions per spin and tennis players that were able to turn an almost-win into a win with a total of 36 hours of playing time. As a kid, Nidai was born with a heart disease which made him very frail to the point of staying in the hospital. There, he met a kid named Daisuke, who also had the same problem. Nidai noticed that a lot of people visit Daisuke, and it was revealed that he is a manager of a sports team. Sadly, Daisuke didn't manage to see his team's victory and there, and Nidai became inspired to become a coach and continue his friend's dream. After defending Akane from Monokuma in Chapter 3, he is sent to hospital with seriously fatal injuries. In Chapter 4, he returns as a cyborg with his mind transferred in. He was then later killed in the same chapter.
Height: 130 cm Weight: 31 kg Chest: 64 cm Blood Type: B Birthday: March 9 Zodiac Sign: Pisces Specialty: Super High-school Level Classical Dancer By her cute appearance and her voice, accompanied with her initial way of talking gives her the impression of being innocent and child-like. However, in her introduction alone, it is quickly revealed that she is cruel with a malicious side in how she crushes ants while telling Hinata that they make a satisfying popping noise if crushed right, and even invites him to join her. She also constantly judges others and patronises them with rude insults, with Tsumiki and Souda being the most common victims. She often takes a jab at Owari as well, though she, unlike Tsumiki or Souda, doesn't get frustrated but rather actually takes her pranks into serious consideration. For example, she calls Tsumiki "shitty bitch" and Togami "Mr. Porkfeet." On the other hand, she loves Japan and its cuisune very much, and does show some innocent and child-like traits like her liking for gummy candy or konpeito. She is also prone to tears when humiliated, such as in Chapter 2 when Owari says something smells and it turns out to be coming from Saionji. She also seems to hate it when people don't side with her, such as in one of her Free-Time Events when she tries to get Hinata to go and beat up Souda with her. She also often passes off her crying as fake tears, though Hinata notes that it probably isn't true. Before the whole despair incident, Saionji lived with her grandmother and is heir to the Saionji Clan, which is also the head of the school of traditional Japanese dance. Being the heir, many people were jealous of her to the point of bullying her, such as poisoning her food or putting needles in her shoes when she was a young child, amongst other horrible things. In addition, her grandmother, though she treated Saionji well, only cared about pride of the family, to the point where Saionji couldn't even see her own parents. Because of her past, she considers herself a part as the noble class, and everybody else as meager slaves. She is the second victim in Chapter 3, along with Mioda.
