A convict sent by the Pope of Tethe'alla to capture Colette, Regal joins the party after he recognizes Presea. He is a kind and noble soul, and a very talented cook (unusual, given that he doesn't use his bound hands for much else). He is very content with being alone, although he does enjoy company and conversation, especially with Lloyd. Lloyd idolizes Regal: he claims that he hopes to grow up and be a "cool adult" like him. He is a strong fighter, supplementing his melee capabilities with a small amount of healing (chi) magic. He fights exclusively with his feet, and uses greaves to enhance the power of his kicks. Before he donned his trademark shackles, Regal mainly fought using his hands; he claims that his strength and mastery of this previous style far surpassed those of the techniques he uses now. (WIKI)

Kelb's lieutenant. She gives Jil money to recruit climbers that will attack a one-winged dragon along with the Uruk army.

Reia is introduced as a member of the church who arrives at the Swan after being attacked by Ran's bandit thugs, presumably to keep an eye on Kenshi on behalf of the church. She becomes interested in Kenshi's family after he tells her that his mother is also named Reia. After arriving at the barrier workshop, Reia steals an item that is supposed to help stop Gaia, and reveals herself to be Neizai. As Ulyte sometimes transforms into Reia, he dons the disguise of Neizai whenever he switches bodies, so that no one knows of Reia's existence, or the fact that he and Reia are in the same body. In the last episode, when Ulyte's body finally fails him for good, Reia takes over permenantly.

She sleeps with her brother when he reveals Gi-Hoon's secret, but it is shown later that See-Wah had feelings for Gi-Hoon

A crude-mannered woman sacrificed to Habaek as a bride and is rescued by Mui only at Soah's request, Yeo-wa schemes to get rid of Soah and take Habaek for herself. It was originally intended that she, not Soah, was to be sacrificed to Habaek; when she is sacrificed later, the Emperor gave her Nakbin's appearance to use her against Habaek. However, she genuinely falls in love with Habaek and begins to think she is truly Nakbin, but is eventually killed when she outlives her usefulness. (Source: Wikipedia)
