Age: 25 The Chief of Yagiri Pharmaceuticals and sister of Seiji Yagiri. She harbors feelings for her brother. She is behind the recent human hunting in Ikebukuro which involves kidnapping people whose disappearance would not be noticed for unknown experiments. She seems to rely on Shinra for some tasks, including keeping their secret. She doesn't like the fact that Seiji is in love with Celty's head. She wants to get rid of what she calls "that thing." After Yagiri Pharmaceuticals ends up merging with another company, she makes a deal with Izaya and becomes his secretary.
The twin daughter of Zechs Merquise and Lucrezia Noin. She was left in Hilde Schbeiker's care at some point by Zechs, but later joined Relena Peacecraft's side. She is said to closely resemble her father.
Age: 17 Emi is an aspiring comedian from Osaka who intends to start with an idol career. Emi uses the Boke and Tsukkomi routine, while using Classical Japanese humor. Her hometown and Kansai regional accent both play a part in her comedy skits. Emi always wears a pin that depicts a cute Super-Deformed octopus. Her favorite foods are Takoyaki and meat buns.
Nojiko is the adoptive older sister of Nami (the two are not biologically related but were raised together by Bellemere). She plays a major part in the Arlong arc as she reveals Nami's past to the Straw Hats and helps rescue Luffy with the help of Genzo after Luffy is thrown into the ocean by Arlong with his feet stuck in a block of cement. Her right arm is covered in tattoos, which she got to help Nami not to feel ashamed of her tattoo of Arlong's pirate logo. After trying to stop Nami from attacking Captain Nezumi, a Naval officer who tries to take the money Nami raised for her deal with Arlong, Nojiko was shot by him in the back. However, she survived. In the manga, she gave her bracelet to Nami. She appears later again, and is glad that Nami looks happy in her wanted poster.

Source: One Piece Wikia A former Marine, Bellemere came across Nojiko and Nami in the ruins of a town in the aftermath of a great battle. She decides to leave the Marines and raise them as her daughters, in order to get away from the death and destruction of Marine life. When Arlong arrives at her island, Bellemere is the only person to fight back with any degree of success. However, she's caught off-guard by the fishmen's strength, and allows Arlong to kill her in exchange for Nojiko and Nami's safety.
Faust is a descendant of the original Faustus, a man who made a pact with the devil. In Shaman King, Faust the eighth was a lonely boy who had only one friend, named Eliza. But Eliza suffered from a deadly disease that no cure, so Faust devoted his life to find one and evetually did it. He became a doctor, saved Eliza's life and married her. They lived together in their clinic in Germany until one night a burglar broke in and shot Eliza dead. Broken Faust turned to his ancestor's black arts, necromancy, and now fights in order to become the Shaman King and bring Eliza back to life. His spirit is Eliza herself, and his medium is her skeleton, which is always tied to Faust's arm in a chain.
