The "juvenile delinquent" of the class, Katsuya Kimura acts much worse than he really is toward Nube and his other classmates. At the start of the series, Katsuya is consistently portrayed as a loner, either due to being misunderstood by his classmates, his own cowardice or from his delinquent behaviors such as smoking or stealing charity for a good cause. But as the series goes on, he slowly comes to grips with himself and joins in with Nube and his friends where he is one of the main members of the class. Katsuya is a huge pervert towards sexy females, an attribute that gets him into a huge idolization of Miki (though she sees treats him like her dog). He also finds himself consistently with the worst grades in class alongside both Hiroshi and Makoto. The Cardinal of Richelieu is the regent of the kingdom of France. He particularly deals with the collection and the distribution of the finances of the State. He was called by the King Louis XIII who, at the beginning of his reign, was still very young and lacked experience. For this reason Richelieu enjoys a considerable influence at the palace. But it sees it is not enough for him to be only number two of the country. Moreover, he hates Anne of Austria and thus requests Milady to carry out his lowest blows. Rochefort is one of his right-hand men.
Suika is the only oni currently living above ground in Gensokyo, with the remainder of the oni race living underground. Just as the folktales say, she has two horns on her head that symbolize her oni heritage, and enough physical strength to throw large boulders single-handedly. Her personality is jolly and quite childish as you would expect from her appearance. She also likes to drink and loves to party with all her heart. Her power in the games is to manipulate density. Leader of Division 1. She is highly regarded by everyone in the police force and has a solid relationship with all of her coworkers. This is especially true of her relationship with Goto, which is difficult to sum up but can be described as interesting. Nagumo is a by-the-book style captain, as opposed to Goto who will often do many unconventional things to meet a goal.
